Chapter 6 I’m so fucked

"I know what those are" as I say those words out loud I hear the people around me go quiet so I continue.

"they are the pyramid ships used by the Witness he's kinda like darksied but weaker while being completely impervious to anything that isn't the Light. And if he has his entire army then we are so fucked it's not even funny so unless someone has a way to connect to one of the stronger versions of earth to get their help I don't think we'll win" and I didn't unless the system gives me destiny next roll there isn't a singular way to hurt him.

someone speaks up "what do you mean we won't win" I look at the person to see Supergirl and shake my head while answering "well for one he's unkillable without the Light so unless you've got a white lantern somewhere we can't hurt him, second he can control Darkness allowing him to become completely acausal and power over the dark, and to top that all of he's got telekinesis so strong he moves planets with it while also such fine control he can separate a person in 20 horizontally" 

I could feel people's eyes on me but I didn't care "not to mention his army which is made up of races he's inslaved, tricked or manipulated into doing his bidding"

I nearly cried before I felt what started as a trickle then became a rush then a flood before I was consumed in light and infront of me a small round white orb floated.

when it was over I was covered in my armour that I used for my character last time I'd played the game and could feel the light pulsing around me and feel the whisper of the worm on my back, the reformed hawk moon on my hip and the graviton lance in my hands. The armour wasn't anything special because there weren't any restrictions on my light manipulation so I didn't have a class I had a guideline.

"good morning guardian" I looked at the mini traveler hovering over my hand and smiled lightly "hello my traveler" as this was happening the power rolled itself.

damn no more permanent powers for a month, I shake my head and turn back to the traveler and nod. "Well as you can see out the window" they turn their body around to look " someone must of felt you arrival before it happened" I looked around and saw everyone looking at me weirdly I just shrugged and asked 'you can call me tav' tav " can you give the people here you blessing just until this is over"

she bobbed up and down before glowing and producing around about 500 ghosts most went to people around that would have struggled in this upcoming fight like Batman and Green arrow or other powerless hero's. 

"Alright I'll say this once these are ghosts and they are now your responsibility anyone that got one you are now unkillable as long as they are alive and they give you the ability to wield the light" I look over at the Green Arrow and ask "Green Arrow sir could you fire a nonlethal arrow at the wall over there" I point at a wall that just goes deeper into the station.

he nods confused and notches an arrow before letting it loose and watching as it pierced the wall with zero effort " as you can see they will boost any weapon you use to be stronger at minimum than a high caliber gun and higher for any weapons with impressive history" 

I make a solar ball in my hand to show it off and chuck it at Supergirl who flys up to catch it but instead just absorbs the whole thing "if you can wield solar light and you see a kryptonian in need of a boost it will convert itself into what they need when in contact" I look at all seriously "if you wield void light make sure you don't hit team members unless you know what your doing as they will be utterly destroy" I than look a round "and if you wield arc light do be careful with how much it boosts your speed and how it can chain lightning very easily."

After that and a bit of questioning where I let Tav explain that after my power created/connected to a power that didn't exist, she decided to investigate the anomaly by when scanning me and the situation see saw I was a perfect candidate to become the first Guardian. I said that the Force had allowed me to use postcognition to learn about the Witness and the things he's done.

it was decided on that because I was not only a wielded the light but also knew about the witness I along with the main damage team would fight the witness when the chance came.
