Rune ranks and spiritual force.

active: active runes require the users own mental energy (which isnt shown in the system panel), although the higher the rune rank, the more mental energy is consumes, mental energy can be increase along with spiritual force, (however, the users own mental can be stored and used as a battery to power runes )

passive: passive runes don't require any activates (except for an initial activations if needed) they can function on their own, and sometimes even draw energy from other sources.

spiritual force stages: 

Particles: 100/100 particles to reach the next stage

mist: 100 strands /100 strands to reach the next stage ( this is the stage where he can manifest in the air as long as he has 100% compression rate)

liquid state: 100 droplet/100 droplet to reach the next stage (this is the stage where he can scribe runes on biological bodies)

core-formations: 100 core/ 100 core to reach the next stage

Starting from this rank, runes will have deterioration rate rather than durability, meaning that only runes would be the one to be damaged rathen the item itself, however, it means that he will have to recarve to rune as it canot be repaired.
