LURKING EVIL

About half a mile from the walls of Riana, just before the glooming woods, Elroy stood beside Celsius holding a large sack. Immediately he mounted it on Celsius a familiar stench came upon his nose, he tried grasping what it was when a flash of light shun behind him, not too bright, but enough to cast a huge shadow in front of him.

Elroy instantly turned around, holding unto the hilt of his sword, ready to cut the enemy down, but what he witnessed was unexpected.

He trembled at the sight of the bloodcurdling evil he beheld, for the aura protruding out of the Behamolt signified death. As soon as Elroy got hold of himself a swipe from the beast sent him spinning into the air, with a brutal force he lands on the ground meters away from the creature.

The Behamolt saw no pity in devouring Celsius, it clawed and ripped it limbs from limbs, chewing and nibbling its insides.

It was unexpected, Elroy should still be able to move, but he couldn't – from the fear or the fall, he wasn't sure, all he could do was watch as light gradually faded.

Suddenly there was a strike of lightning above the Behamolt; the Behamolt looked upwards instantly only to see King Eric above it, holding a large sword shrieking with Lightning. Before it could defend itself, King Eric sliced through its hand and chopped off its head.

The lightning faded in an instance leaving the sword smoky - King Eric sheathes his sword, glaring at the gruesome sight of the horse then he gazed over to the body of the Behamolt melting into a dark - thick slimy substance. Sensing a strange movement, King Eric quickly turned around; Elroy was up on his feet standing on both legs as though nothing happened.

"You have guts coming into my land Behamolt." King Eric questioned, still the aura from Elroy wasn't just that of the Behamolt – there was something else he saw that reminded him of someone.

"If I had known higher power was here I wouldn't have ventured."

"How are you still in this realm?"

"After losing our bodies we still have little time to find a feeble or dying vessel before the earth rejects us to hell."

"I see, now you are here, a child vessel will be needed because that's where your comfort lies."

"That's why I need to get going."

"Don't worry about that, I can provide the necessary things for you, as well as the needed ritual."

"What do you want in return?"

"A certain man who can't die by my hand needs to die."

"Consider it done."

DAYS OF THE LIVING DARGNESS

In a small, partially damp room, Prince Richard washes blood off his hand in a bowl of water then towels his hand with a cloth by the side.

"You chose to die after all?" Richard asked then turns around to Rashik, whose cheek and eyes were swollen and bloody, his hands were cuffed by a chain hanging from the ceiling of the room, suspending him from the ground a little.

Rashik grinned at Richard, showcasing his broken teeth and bloody mouth, in response to the question.

"Guards" Prince Richard called out.

Two Riana soldiers rushed into the room then bows before Prince Richard, "Give him a good beaten then take him to Sri Roderick for his execution."

Rashik laughed out with a cough, obliging Prince Richard and the soldiers to glare at him, before the Soldiers could charge at him Prince Richard held them back then walks up to Rashik.

"You think hell is funny? It's a realm made by God to punish wicked souls, souls like you are put there to receive eternal tournament."

"I did all of this because of my love for Atari." Rashik sounded sure and confident.

"That's very remarkable, killing innocents and burning down ships is now a romantic gesture for winning the heart of a lady."

"Oh Prince, you know nothing about her."

"And you do? Yes of course, because you have been tortured by her."

"I have no regrets for what I did, my part has been played and the pawn has made his move for the plan of a perfect check mate."

"Enjoy your stay in hell, I'll be sending more of your kind to you soon." Richard declared then walks out of the room, shutting the door behind him.

BEGINNING OF THE END

Balcony of the Castle

King Eric sat on a chair gazing at the cloudy sky when Sri Altai walks in, "A job well done I presume." King Eric asked noticing Altai.

"My Lord" Altai greeted with a bow

"North Farancia?"

"Burnt to the ground by the oil beneath them, sixty percent of the populations where within the blast range when it happened"

"Along with Queen Mary Lupin and her four children?"

"No my Lord," Altai spoke carefully, obliging King Eric to glare at him. "The Intel was wrong, Queen Mary and her second child, Prince Kyle Lupin was not in North Farancia."

"How is this possible?" King Eric straightens up.

"I can't say my...."

"Correct it immediately or your head will pay the price." King Eric ordered

Sri Altai bows then walks away.

"You are a sly one Isaac, you knew something was up, I won't make the same mistake you and your team made with me. I'll make sure every enemy of the Levia bloodline perishes in my reign, then alone will true peace begin." King Eric takes his seat.

BEGINNING OF THE END

In the unkind twilight Southern winds at the outskirts of Aylon, team five rides their horses through a desert land, heading towards the fir forest of Aylon.

"We are almost there, just after that forest ahead is the gates of the kingdom." Mira yelled out for all to hear.

"Can't even imagine the look on Uncle's face" said Elroy

"He'll be disgusted for sure." Karin guaranteed

"You are just being jealous." Elroy replied.

"What's that?" Lukas asked worriedly, urging everyone to peer forward were a figure in the stature of a child stood.

"Don't intervene," Mira ordered "it might be bandit plot, no child will be out by this time, just ignore....."

"Shit." Elroy knew instantly, a child alone in a dry and weary land could mean one thing.

In that instance a bright light shun out of the figure, blinding team five for a moment, as soon as they got their sight they came face on with a Behamolt standing before them, it snarled out then slammed its fist into the ground, causing a shock wave which rippled the air - throwing team five off their horses and knocking the nickering horses to the ground.
