Chapter 663 Spider Webs Story (Middle) _1

"Look at the mess you've made! It's all because you originally talked to Peter about web-making, now, he's webbing all over New York, making three webs a day, the cleaning company can't keep up with his speed!"

"I was helping him understand the importance of social engineering, not telling him to physically make webs!"

In front of the floor-to-ceiling window of the Stark Tower Laboratory, Stark and Shiller were arguing relentlessly. Stark, waving his arms around, loudly said, "You knew he was a naive boy! Yet you lectured him on such profound matters, didn't you know his understanding would be far off?!"

"Do you think, with Peter's wisdom, he might interpret what I said as weaving webs all over the New York sky? Instead, why didn't you and Connors find something for Peter to do? What about all those research projects of yours?" Shiller retorted.

Connors, who was innocently implicated, raised a document and said, "Actually, he didn't delay the research. He finished everything in half the usual time and left spare time for himself to go out and weave webs. I must say, as a spider, he is quite diligent."

"But he's a human!" Stark exclaimed, "Spiderman is not a spider, he's a human! Even if he's a spider, he can't weave three spider webs in the New York sky every day! Has he ever considered the feelings of people with arachnophobia?"

Shiller looked up at the spider web not far away and said, "You know, this web is actually quite beautiful. If there were enough room in my rest home, I'd really like to take one back as decoration..."
