~Old Friend, Weird Relationship~

One after another, months went back and so did the number of caves. Luna traced the ice men to where they were, and both of them take in the stones mined. Some caves were so big that the ice men were still mining and had a very long way to go. Huno was happy to know that he could come for more after this time's plunder. Cave after cave they went and Huno lost count, they carry both the blue and red stones and left the yellow and also taught the ice men how to cultivate. Huno continued to release absorbed energy from that space directly into his core, this greatly increase his realm. Sometimes they rested together and enjoy each other's company, while at other times they fought and trained. A year and eight months later, Huno finally decided it was time to go. They've gone to so many caves that they were so deep in the cold region. Luna was so happy and flew towards the peripheral of the cold region. Right now they've gathered a massive amount of Qi stones, taught thousands of ice men how to cultivate and increase in both strength and realm. Almost two years of cultivating constantly, Huno was able to reach the peak rank, while Luna's could not be correctly guessed. For some reason, Huno is unable to properly determine her realm. Probably because he has never seen a legendary realm experts before.

It took them five and a half month to fly back to the periphery of the cold region and find the cave where they first met. And another three weeks to find the cave where Huno came out from when he first arrived. It was hard to find because it was deeply covered in snow.

'What's that?' Luna asked, staring at the blue vortex on the wall. 'A portal between worlds,' Huno replied. 'At least that's what I think, let's go,' he added and held her hand. Luna nodded and followed him in.

Everything went dark for a while before slowly getting bright. Huno was expecting to appear in a cave, but to his surprise he appeared in an open field. Behind the two of them, there was no vortex, just a green field. Huno took to the sky to check his surroundings, they in were in a farm. 'Thank goodness, it seems the portal don't always teleport directly, luckily it's around, no need to find out where we are,' Huno muttered landing. Where they were, was a farmland in a town not far from where Huno passed through to the Saint realm. 'We should get going,' Huno said and pointed in a direction. 'Go high in the sky,' Huno requested as Luna took off with him.

'Do you get a strong, strange feeling of being rejected?' Luna asked. 'I was about to ask the same thing, I feel everything around me is rejecting my existence,' Huno said. 'May be this world doesn't accept us,' he added. 'If that's the case, what do we do?' Luna asked. 'What we came to do, let's keep going,' Huno replied. 'Alright, don't activate your strength, it may aggravate the rejection,' Luna said. Huno nodded and Luna kept flying at a very fast speed.

Along the way, Luna kept asking what one thing or another was, the place was totally different from what she had seen. 'That's a vehicle, that's a building, oh that's a plane you mentioned before, that's a sky scrapper, that's a train, that's...,'. One after another, Huno kept answering and explaining.

It wasn't until four days later that Huno said, 'we've got close to where I used to live, Brightfield city, find somewhere to land,'. 'Wow, I can't wait,' Luna screamed.

'Your mom stays here?' Luna asked as they enter a sky scrapper building. 'No I'm here to see someone, we won't go see her for some days maybe,' Huno said. 'What? Why?' Luna questioned him. 'I need to prepare something for everyone, coming back empty-handed when I have a lot isn't good,' Huno replied. 'Okay, do it quickly,' Luna replied.

They walked in and went to the reception desk together. 'Good day, how may I help you?' the receptionist asked. 'Is Mr Anthony in? I'll like to see him,' Huno replied. 'Do you have an appointment with him?' the receptionist asked again. 'No I don't, I came unannounced, please tell him an old acquaintance will like to see him,' Huno replied and said. 'And who would that be?' a voice came from behind. 'A young lad who disappeared some years ago, I'm quite shock you can't tell who I am from looking at my back,' Huno said and turned around. 'Huno... Ha! Where the hell have you been, kiddo,' the voice asked. Luna turned and saw a white skinned man with black hair, yellow eyes, black facial hair that ran from both side of his face and met at his chin and he was dressed in something Huno called a suit. 'What the hell are you putting on, haha,' the man laughed. 'Long story Mr Anthony, it seems you've been well,' Huno said. 'Come on let's go to my office, by the way who is the young lady,' the man asked and walked away. Huno held Luna and followed closely behind me, 'this is my wife Luna, Luna Mr Anthony, we had a weird 'I owe you a favor' kind of relationship,' Huno said, introducing both. 'I don't remember you being a jokester like me, your wife, really? Haha funny, I finally rub some part of me on that your serious behavior,' Anthony laughed and said. 'Nice to meet you, it seems you and my husband are good friends,' Luna said. 'He took you on this too, friends you can say that, this kid saved my life, if that was all then he'll probably not be close with me, I wanted to pay this kid back, but he refused, I was like what's wrong with this kid, you are an orphan, orphans like you will accept the offer in one go, but you see this kid he decided to stay in the orphanage home with a little girl, (got on an elevator) I found it weird and liked this kid, so I got close, can you believe this kid never requested anything from me casually unless he was in a situation that was life-threatening, he comes to this big office once a blue moon just to play chess with me and leave,' Anthony said. Luna looked at Huno, 'my husband has a terrible pride issue, even I have a problem with that,' she said, frowning. 'Can you two stop that? I'm getting tired of the joke,' Anthony said. 'Husband it seems your friend doesn't believe, by the way why is he calling you a kid, even if he is older than you, he isn't even at the Yi realm, he should stop being rude,' Luna frowned looking at Anthony who turned to look at her. Huno raised his hand and placed it on Luna's head and laughed. 'Dear over here things don't work that way, the rules and cultures are different (turned to Anthony) I'm not joking when I say she's my wife, and please don't mind what she said, where she's from is quite remote, age doesn't matter there your strength does, during the years I disappeared I arrived and lived in that remote place, we got married, over there it's not a big deal cause once you are fifteen you are considered an adult,' Huno explained to both. 'Wait what? Where have you been?' Anthony asked. 'That I can not say, unless I want to be killed,' Huno replied.

The elevator came to a stop at the top floor, and they walked out. 'I see, I guess life wasn't bad for you then, haha how many wives do you have?' Anthony teased. 'If I told you ten,' Huno said. Anthony paused and looked at Huno with a complicated expression on. 'Haha, you need to see your face, husband is joking with...,' Luna stopped half way and stared in a direction. 'You heard it too, go help but just run,' Huno said looking at the same direction. 'What's going on?' Anthony asked as Luna rushed away. 'Someone is calling for help on the roof, if I remember correctly that voice should be Maria's,' Huno replied. 'What, my little girl?' Anthony yelled and was about to rush after Luna. Huno held his arm tightly not letting go, 'relax she's going to be alright,'. 'Let go of me, my daughter is in trouble,' Anthony yelled. Huno didn't listen, instead held him tightly and pulled him to his office. 'If you don't trust my wife, then at least trust me, have I ever taken something like this lightly before?' Huno asked. 'I don't remember doing that, but since I am now, don't you think it's because everything is under control?' he added. Anthony looked at him and then in the direction Luna ran off to. 'Fine, I hope you are not wrong this time,' Anthony said and stopped resisting. They both went to his office to sit and wait.
