"What is it?" Suni asked with curiosity shining in her eyes as they walked to the castle.

"Visiting Dark Shadows," Valente replied, looking everywhere but at her as she stopped walking hearing his words.

"What?" She glanced up at him, her eyebrows furrowed. "Why would you go there?"

He sighed and turned to her, "We need answers, Ian is confused and so am I. I am sure you are too."

"But it's dangerous."

"So am I." With a bold face, he talked.

He was strong, Suni knew, but that didn't mean he could put himself in danger.

"D-Don't go..."

"I just told you, I have to. And maybe by going there, I can figure something out about that dragon inside you."

"You are going alone?"

"Yeah-"

"N-No! Don't go," She shook her head, tugging his hand, cutting him off in between.

"I know you're worried but-" Yet again, the redhead was forced to stop speaking by her.
