Dan's potential

I woke up oddly refreshed in Doc's cabin. I looked over at him as he leaned over his desk with plans and maps. Renard was beside him and they were talking quietly.

I started to get up. They looked up at me. "Where is Dan?" I asked.

Renard sighed. "How are you?" He asked.

I smiled. "Rested oddly. I have to see Dan quickly. Time is not on anyone's side. Has Mr. Big seen him?" I asked rising out of the bed. Doc came over to help me up with arm and steady me.

Renard looked at me uneasy. "You must return to were-lands after you see him. We plan to make move soon." He said.

I nodded. "I know." I said.

They both flinched at my words. But, they said nothing. I walked past them. I opened the door and walked outside to find Mr. Big standing near Dan looking him over. He turned to me with a look of real concern. He nodded his head.
