Though this enormous magic power wouldn't really pose any problem in the short term, Alex knew that it would in the long run so he needed to control all of the rampant magic power and not just a portion of it which was what he was currently capable.

Unlike the Mind that people normally uses, it was a bit normal and wasn't hard to control for Alex. The Mind with draconic element on the other hand, is very different. It's nature was very wild and stubborn that couldn't be measured, just like the nature or personality of the dragons themselves.

For the dragon race, there's no limit to one's magic in the heart. For the others on the other hand, the limit is biological, which is already set from birth. So, the amount of magic you can muster at once will be limited.

It has the same principle as a computer's RAM or a bucket. There's a clear limit on the amount of data that can be carried at once with an 8GB RAM, or the amount of water that could be transported with a one-liter bucket. The same is applied to the amount of Mind that can move into the heart. The heart's capacity is the limitation.

As long as one were human, he can't break through these limitations.

Nobody is an exception. No matter how powerful the technique is; no matter how high an adventurer's level is; no matter what it takes. The reason is simple. Because we're born as human beings. The human body, to be exact, can't go beyond the heart's biological capacity. Therefore, a dragon with a dragon heart is a cheater.

However unlike the pure dragons who knew how to handle this gargantuan amount of magic power since birth, Alex wasn't familiar with controlling the enormous magical power that was draconic element in nature as it was different in nature to the arcanum.

"I could solve this but, it is still incomplete."

Closing his eyes and was deeply thinking...

"The key is to absorb external magic around and use it as your own. However, it's also a way in which no one has succeeded yet. I've only made the theory."

As no one was known to have the power of dragons before, Alex wasn't really sure if this method was possible.

Even though Alex had obtained a copious amount of magic power through the increase of his Dragon Heart, the problem was that he didn't know how to use it efficiently.

"It seemed that the attempt to mix external magic power with my own magic power itself is the error, no, I think it's the mistake?"

As his heightened concentration increased, several ideas entered in his mind which he had found viable.

"Why do you have to combine external magic power within the heart? The heart's capacity limit is the one causing the heart strain. Besides, is there any specific reason which makes you have to combine the external magic with your own magic power? Well, isn't that a stereotype tied to directions on how to use the heart?"

Though Alex was confused and was not sure of what to do, he confidently proceeded. If he was just a normal human, Alex would have failed on the spot as at this moment, tremendous magic power was swirling around him.

However, he was a former god and was used in controlling a higher form of energy than mental strength so handling the raging Mind with draconic elements, was manageable and bearable.

"How about making all of the magic power, to make it spin around the heart, outside the dragon heart—Make ring-shaped circles and wrap them around my heart?"

With his closed eyed and concentration reaching the peak, Alex failed to noticed that the entire floor was filled with his tremendous magic power which alerted everyone and tried to find the source.

'If I could totally make all of this magic power move on my will, I'd be able to increase the output of my Magic at least several times fold.'

Alex had already understood the basic mechanisms behind this method. The only reason why he hadn't tried to apply it was simple that there was a big difference between 'understanding' and 'implementing'. It would not only take a long time but would also be accompanied by a fair share of risks.

He had skills, intelligence, perseverance, and many other more. He had the ability to become stronger, to become something greater.

A human with such great talent was hard to find even among the generations of the heroes in the ancient time.

By learning and applying this method, one could train both the 'outside' and 'inside' of the body. It first transformed one's body by expelling the body's impurities, strengthening the muscles, and hardening the bones and joints. And then, it opened up the channels for magic to flow, bringing about a natural harmony between the body and mind.

It should have been obvious since the Draconic species can wield magic power at will. But Alex was different. He need something like acupoints in his Magic throughout his body.

His eyes emitted a hopeful glow.

'I will also be able to control this raging Mind at will…!'

[ You have established a new concept in Magic. You have pioneered a new field that the Draconic species have yet to explore. ]

[ Magic Power has increased by 10 points. ]

[ Magic Power has increased by 15 points. ]

Alex organized the piled information inside his head. He finished interpreting the important sections, determined what other information he needed, and forgot about the sections he didn't need.

The Draconic species were one that sought the truth. They would obviously have a colossal amount of knowledge gathered throughout the duration of their existence and no human could ever catch up to their uses of the brain.

Somewhat, Alex collected these characteristics from his Dragon Heart and poured all his concentration on thinking. His head heated up. It felt as if his brain was burning from all the work.

He seemed to have gotten the hang of it. How long has it been? At last, Alex opened his eyes. He looked around with meaningful eyes.

[ You were able to overcome your physical limitations through the pure magic power of the Dragon Heart. ]

[ Strength has increased by 10 points. ]

[ Dexterity has increased by 15 points. ]

[ Agility... ]

[ ... ]

[ All basic abilities were greatly enhanced. ]

Such enormous amount of energy caused drastic changes in his body. A vortex of magic power was swirling along throughout his body. It was causing the circuit of magic to break down and burst open, and his muscles and bones to shatter and reassemble. His body was still going through changes.

[ Body improvement has been confirmed . The vessel is strong enough. ]

[ 92% of the leaking energy has been converted to Magic Power and absorbed into the body. ]

Everyone wanted to accumulate more magic power in their body since the power of the skill differed greatly depending on the amount of magic power. The physique would also get stronger.

Alex's amount of magic power suddenly grew to a huge amount and as if that wasn't enough, the amount of time for it to recharge decreased as well.

Suddenly, the atmosphere around Alex changed. When Alex opened his eyes again, a sharp beam of light split his surroundings. The gusts of winds around him settled down.

And a horrid stench spread all around. The clothes him were wearing turned dark like the abyss of a black hole.

This was because as his body conformed to his new enlightenment, all the waste inside his body had been emitted outside.

His gaze slowly became subdued. After he pulled in his aura, he almost looked relieved. Alex quickly focused his senses on his and tried to control the magic power. And then,

*Woosh*

Mind began to move at his will. Very softly and smoothly. It was a somewhat novel sensation. A very strange, but at the same time, very familiar feeling. It felt like he had grown a new body part he could control at will.

Alex slowly gathered magic power onto his hand.

When he swung his hand, he noticed that movement was now much easier than before. Magic had also hardened his hand, making it rock solid.

'Magic is said to have a variety of uses depending on the user. '

Alex kept in mind he should do some experiments on the uses of magic. Now that he could control magic at will, he wanted to find a way to use it in combat.

'But what is this?'

While returning magic back to its original position, Alex realized his body seemed to have experienced a lot more changes than he expected. Not just the magic power flowing through his body, but his body itself had gone through some changes too.

'My senses… they've gotten keener—Is this what it feels like to conduct magic with draconic element?'

Though Alex could easily control magic power before, mental strength with draconic elements was different and wasn't accustomed to it yet. Alex had never really used magic power with draconic elements properly until now. Even if he did, he used the least possible amount for casting his skills only.

However, it was different now that he could handle his Mind at will. All he did was to wrap Mind around his legs, which made his movement speed incomparably better than before. With it, he could jump higher and run faster.

Clenching his fist with excitement, Alex smiled without knowing that his existence had once again put the Sword Princess in her internal turmoil.
