A small window notified Ainz what Bell's spin for the day was, as well as provide a small description of what it does.

The knowledge put inside his head told him that he could trade Bell items and knowledge as long as he pays him back with lottery tickets that will give him a copy of a random item/spell from the universe he resides in.

Tickets he can create for free by pushing the "Create ticket" button that the system provided him... Ainz didn't hesitate, once he saw that the boy had no talent for this he immediately offered an exchange!

And he didn't regret it at all! That {art of dark heaven and earth} technique was something amazing, Sebas and other NPC's of nazaric that were designed around Martial arts already learned it.

the analysis spells also showed him that the Stats of those NPC's increased. But they didn't LV up or gather any EXP! they simply increased their stats!

This made him wonder.

Can Bell possibly get something that will help him break his OWN stat of an LV 100 necromancer/magic caster?

only one way to find out. keep watching him and make a fair deal once something catches his eye.

And besides, it is surprisingly fun to watch another fellow isekai victim struggle in a whole new world.
