"Mom, are you okay? Do we need to call Daddy to pick us up?" asked Jaden who now stopped his footsteps.
Jenni of course stopped her footsteps as well as Jaden of course.
"I'm okay, we better continue this journey, Daddy will be worried if we contact him now."
Like an adult, Jaden immediately understood the sentence his mother had just said to him.
The two of them walked down the street together, with Jenni holding her groceries in her arms using a paper shopping bag, while Jaden walked beside his mother holding the hem of Jenni's shirt.
Several times Jenni seemed to see her son who looked relaxed walking beside her.
"Are you tired baby?" whispered Jenni who felt a little guilty because she chose to walk without using a vehicle when heading to the previous shopping area.
She thought that this close distance would not make her tired, and so did her son, it's just that after seeing her son at this time, she felt the opposite.
