Get Back Together?

The three of them are currently relaxing at the hotel that Daniel ordered.

If Jenni and Jaden were busy watching the television that was there, then not with Daniel.

The young man seemed busy with the rectangular screen he was carrying.

"Are you still so busy working that you forgot your mealtime after I left you?" Asked Jenni who for some time had been standing beside Daniel.

Immediately Daniel stopped his work for a moment and looked at Jenni who was standing next to him with a cup filled with drinks for him.

Daniel didn't answer right away, to be honest, a question like that was quite difficult for Daniel because Jenni's guess was right.

He can't deny that kind of thing, can he?

"I thought so, didn't I ask you to still love your own body?"

Daniel took a deep breath as he lowered his head.

"Since you're not around my life has been dark Jen, and to forget the separation between us I'm forcing myself to work more than usual. Maybe you won't like it if I explain further, so better forget about it for a moment ... okay?" Daniel whispered, which ended by trying to look at Jenni.

Daniel blinked his eyes slowly, and tilted his head confused by what Jenni had just said "I don't think I'm asking you to be quiet, sit down ... accompany me here."

"Is that all right? Didn't I bother you?" Jenni asked doubtfully.

Daniel quickly said that Jenni didn't bother him, in fact, Jenni's presence could make him more enthusiastic about completing his work, and if his work was finished then he could spend more time with Jenni and the little one before dinner with important guests who it was special to meet Jenni and Jaden.

"I'll make a new drink for you," Jenni said suddenly as she was about to get up from her position which was still sitting next to Daniel.

In a quick movement suddenly Daniel grabbed Jenni's arm.

"Ah, sorry Jen," Daniel whispered when Jenni he pulled earlier sat right on his lap.

Jenni twirled her eyes lazily.

"Why did you suddenly take my hand?"

Daniel took a deep breath and didn't immediately answer Jenni's question.

"Sorry, just a reflex, because you wanted to leave me who was focusing, so I unconsciously pulled you, because my subconscious seemed to order not to let you go."

Jenni who was originally about to be angry, or sulk at Daniel, suddenly fell silent feeling a little guilty.

She just realized that Daniel seems to have a trauma of fear of losing, right?

That's what Jenni can conclude so far!

"Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere, after all our child is here too, so there's no reason for me to run away from you right?"

A statement was able to make Daniel speechless and just busy nodding his head.

"Well, you can go make me a drink," said Daniel at last.

Jenni gave a low hum to Daniel before Jenni really moved from Daniel's lap.

"Mommy ..."

Jenni's soft and distinctive voice was clearly heard in Jenni's ears.

"Yes, baby? What's wrong with Mommy's favorite baby? Is there anything Mommy can help?" Jenni asked Jaden who was previously busy in his own world, without Jenni being involved in it, and because of that the girl chose to join Daniel, and let her son play on his own.

"Mommy I'm thirsty," Jaden said as he showed his small hand holding his throat.

"Come with Mommy to the small kitchen in this room, Mommy also plans to go there to make drinks for your Daddy who is still busy with his work."

Jaden nodded his head while holding his mother's hand who was walking towards the kitchen.

The two of them looked calm towards the kitchen they were headed for, until little Jaden, who had been looking to ask Jenni, finally tried to raise his voice to ask Jenni.

"Mommy, will Mommy and Daddy be reunited?"

Tough question for Jenni. She really didn't know what to explain to Jaden. On the one hand, she did think about what Jaden had just said but on the other hand, isn't it too soon for her and Daniel to reunite when they have only recently met again after four years of separation?

"Do you want us to get back together? Isn't baby already happy living with Mommy?"

Jaden looked at his mother's face intently trying to digest the meaning of the question his mother gave him.

"I'd love to live with Mommy, it's just that I'd be even happier if Daddy lived with us Mommy, is that impossible?" Jaden asked half doubtfully.

A smile Jenni gave Jaden.

"Later Mommy will ask your Daddy first."

Those were the only words Jenni could finally give Jaden. She didn't want the child to be disappointed if she said what she had previously thought!

'I want you to be happy Baby.'
