Haise endure and concentrated to the point he wanted to just die...

|"live"|

There must be a reason to why, out of the people out there he was chosen. Hence, he chose to endure, for it was always been like that.

Haise's mana began to flow through his body conveniently, though the pain has been greatly reduced, the pressure was still great and heavy for him.

"Eeeeeehaaaaah!"

With all his might he tried his very best to stood up. Wanting to just surrender, he put his determination on his head.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

Slowly, the mana began to change its color from bluish white to pinkish purple. So as his one of his flamesouls began to spark in a different color.

*KABOOM!!

A wave wavers away from Haise, a small pinkish babble-like field, trapped him inside.

Haise's mana began to shape at his will, finally he could sigh. At least, that's what he thought.

Haise apply the logic of how he could reshape his barrier to his mana.

"Ugh!!"

Attempting to form wings with his mana, the nilucis reacts on its own, so as his mana.

The mana became violent. Haise felt an extreme pain, but this time it made him stumbled.

"Ughaaaa!!!"

He cried and cried in pain. He really couldn't take it anymore. All he could do was wait untill it stop. He also thought it was the end for him, but...

The mana begun to shape a huge wing on the right side of his back with at least 3.5 meters long.

"(PANT... PANT...)"

Haise panted, feeling weary, yet a new surge of mana flows conveniently inside of his body.

The nilucis once again reacted at his will. As he stood up, he stared at the formless wing on the right side of his back.

The wing begun to slowly take a form and one of his flamesouls begun to emits purple flame.

The unfamiliar rune-like characters appeared before Haise, saying:

>Congratulations, Master, the illumination is success, so as your awakening.<

>However, your awakening is still incomplete.<

Then the rune-like characters faded.

Rendell and Veronica were flying to in one direction.

Haise begun to shed blood tears as he opened his eyelids. His eyes were already glowing and as beautiful as the moon filled with vigor in both irises. His pupils also became greyish and all the lines or pattern that could be seen in a normal eye.

Haise stared at Veronica, who was holding him. Though he still felt weary, Haise break out from her clutch.

"?!!" Both Veronica and Rendell snapped.

Haise cast a barrier around his body, then widened it, causing him to successfully break out.

Rendell and Veronica quickly chase the falling Haise, but...

They were shocked when they felt something unusual, odd, and unfamiliar.

"Hey, Rendell, is this the reason why the heiress of Vladamirovich is so obsessed that boy."

"I really don't know anymore, I never expected that the boy is a mage."

Seeing Haise's body emits pinkish aura, a structure angelic-like wing that looks like made of glass appeared on the right side of his back.

The two was astonished, seeing the wing they couldn't help but said: "... Glamorous."

As it flapped, the color of the appeared to be bluish, pinkish, and gold.

Haise flew away from them as fast as he could.

While flying, Haise couldn't help but noticed his eyesight. He could see traces of colors that he couldn't understand. He could also further his eyesight, causing him to see long-distance. 'What is this?!' He really wanted to know.

When he glanced at the two, despite their aura's presence, he could clearly see their body was emitting with red mana, and their motions appeared to be far clearer.

Haise widened his eyes with confusion.

Rendell narrowed his eyes and noticed...

"His eyes..."

Veronica stared at him, confused. Since Haise was flying at such speed.

Haise didn't mind them anymore. All he was wondering about, was how to escape.

"We really must to capture him." Veronica said in a serious voice.

"I agree." Rendell nodded.

Both displayed a serious expression.

[BLOODLINE MAGIC]

Rendell's and Veronica's atmosphere changed. Their crimson eyes glows brighter and both unleashed unique mana.

Haise, for some reason, felt this peculiarity coming out from them.

Haise cast barrier around him. It was like a babble with him inside.

Rendell atmosphere threatened to freeze his surroundings... While Veronica's, her mana became a liquid metal.

Then both of them flew towards Haise at such speed.

'What the—!' Haise, who was flying away from them, saw a strange colors surrounding him, and before he knew it, his barrier began to freeze.

Out of the blue, threads of liquid metal began to manifest around him; forming a sphere prison.

"Fuck!"

Haise became more and more apprehensive, he knew there's no way he could escape this.

Rendell and Veronica surrounds Haise.

"We finally got you." Rendell spoke in a serious expression like Veronica.

Haise's vision began to blur, he felt like his consciousness was about to fade as he breathe rapidly.

Veronica glanced at him then stared at Rendell.

Rendell nodded at Veronica as if their mind were linked to one another.

Veronica lift her hand. As she slowly clenches her hand, the sphere prison she'd have created shrunk with an intension to crush Haise's barrier.

Haise fights back, but failed for his strength slowly debilitated.

'Why the heck am I always being the target of bad luck!' Haise really wanted to complain. 'Crap I'm out of ma—na...' Slowly, his blurry sight faded as he finally lost his consciousness and his wing faded (like how a shattering glass).

As his consciousness faded, memories of merry times with his love ones splashed in his mind.

Haise really did exhausted himself for the sake of surviving.

"..."

Veronica noticed that the barrier slowly faded, giving her the advantage to capture him.

The liquid metal gently grasp the unconscious Haise, and shaped into into a coffin.

"Phew!" Both let a deep sigh in relief and stared at the coffin.

"We finally get the boy."

"Yeah... you really didn't about this?"

Rendell glanced at Veronica.

"Who would've thought that the boy is actually a mage, and has such unique magic."

Mages are special existence that can use magic. They are people who possess mana that gives them the ability to use magic and access to logia spirits that grants them to use elements. And logia spirits are mages' characteristics.

"But it also appear to me that he doesn't have any elemental attribute."

"I also noticed, given the fact that he sum— I mean he created a pegasus with magical ability." [Veronica] "Should we report this to the count?"

"No that would became bad news afterwards." [Rendell]

Knowing Alorazel's wits, Veronica understood Rendell's perception. Given the fact that both of them are wise and the most trusted subordinates of the principal.

The two flew at such speed, and vanished along the coffin.
