Verification Test
-Dyson's place/clinic-
The next day, after Dyson and Jacob had been drinking a lot, Veronica called them both to inform them about the work they were going to do. Of course, it doesn't make sense to do something for them when Jacob and Dyson hired them to do the job for them. But when they want to join, the Cyberpunk gang has to check if they can be trusted, therefore they have to do something to gain their trust.
Veronica told them about the work they were going to do, but this time they wouldn't be working together.
She also prepared two gigs for them, one for Jacob and the other for Dyson. Jacob is going to do a gig in Japantown now while Dyson is going to Kabuki. The reason why they work separately is to see their skills and abilities. Both were surprised when they heard about it, but they didn't insist, so there was no problem. Veronica also informed them that she will tell them more information when they are already at the location of their work and for now she just sent them the locations where they should go. They both got ready. Dyson went with his ride and Jacob called Delamain to get to his destination.
Japantown was further than Kabuki so it took longer to get there but when Jacob finally got there Veronica called again. "Are you both at your location?" Veronica asked and they answered with a simple yes at the same time. "Alright then, we'll start with Jacob. Near you there should be an alley where there is a clinic of the unofficial ripperdoc who is captured by Tyger Claws. He has a special shard that our fixer wants. But your job is only to get him out of there and take him to the car that will be parked near your location. "Do you understand everything Jacob?" Meanwhile, as Veronica finished her sentence, Jacob found an alley. It was near Megabuilding 8, two guys were standing in front of the entrance. Jacob smiled and replied; "Yeah, all understood" Jacob was determined to give his all.
"Okay, now you Dyson. Your job will be a little more difficult than Jacob's, but you have better tools than Jacob, so with avia. you can do this Job. "Cut the crap Veronica and get to the point already." Dyson replied. "Chill out, I'm getting to the point. So, your job is similar to Jacob's but you are going to eliminate your target. His name is John Hall. A guy who fucked with our fixer. Eliminate him, take a photo of his body as a proof and burn his house down. Understood?" Veronica said. "Yes." Dyson replied, "Alright then, call me when you finish your job's." Dyson was standing in front of a big house of guy he needed to eliminate. Veronica send him his photo and other info.

"Boss, what do you think about it? Can they pull it off?" One of the member asked, "I don't know. But both of these gigs are important for us so I hope they don't fuck it up." Veronica replied, "But Boss. Why did you gave them such an important jobs when you could easily gave them something easier and leave important things to us?" Veronica looked at gang member and replied; "That's a good question and good point you have. I could send them to do something easier but I wanted to see how much they are capable of and see their limits, that's why I sent them to do this important gigs."
"Oh I see. Thank you for your explanation boss." Gang member said. "But don't underestimate them, I looked into their past. Jacob who came out of nowhere, became famous fighter and stopped for unknown reasons and now he want to take down second strongest gang in Watson. And Dyson who is and was ripperdoc for some time with no clue what he did before or why he started to work with Jacob. I'm not saying that we have to be careful around them just keep you eyes on them. Especially on Dyson." Veronica said to all gang member's.

As Jacob smashed his fists he started to approache the two Tyger Claw's gang member's. Of course they noticed him and shouted immediately"Fuck off or we will blow your head off!" He said with Japanese like a voice. When one of them turned around he nudged other one and he also turned around. Both of them were now facing they're backs on Jacob now. This was a chance made by gods so Jacob didn't hesitate and made his first move. He got between the two Tyger Claws who were still turned back on Jacob and he grab their heads and smashed them together. Then with brute force opened locked door and inside were two member's from Tyger Claw's. Both of them were shocked and one of them yelled; "Nani?! Dō yattekita no?!"(What?! How did you get here?!), and he pulled out his gun, the other one also pulled out his gun and said; "Kare o korose!"(Kill him!), and they started to shoot at Jacob but he hid behind a pillar that was near the entrance. Jacob took a gun from guy who were outside, and Jacov returned a fire and somehow luckily killed one of them with bullet to neck.
acob stood up and aimed at the other guy who was looking at corpse of his friend but he quickly reacted and aimed at Jacob, both of them shooted at the same time, Jacob hitted right eye and killing the gang member but the gang member scratched Jacob's trapezius muscle, and it started to bleed. He didn't have any ammo left in his gun so he trew it away and then heard; "Noizu wa nanidatta nda?"(What was that noise?). Room where Jacob was like reception there was table with PC, paper's and other stuff, chairs and one other door that lead to other room where operantions are made. It opened and one Tyger Claw came out holding gun, but Jacob was hidding near the door so he suprised him and punch him to face that made him fly through whole operanting room where also ripperdoc was, tied up and beaten.
Jacob called Veronica, "I got him. What now?" Jacob asked and Veronica replied; "Car will be waiting outside so bring him to the car. Dyson already finished his job so for now good job. See you soon." So Jacob untied the ripperdoc. Ripperdoc thank him and Jacob escorted him to the car, as soon car left with ripperdoc Jacob was stroke by sharp pain. His head hurt like hell but after few minutes pain left and everything was normal.
- Kabuki somewhere in Allen Street -
(Jacob and Dyson stared doing their jobs at the same time)
Dyson was standing in front of building where his target should be, the building looked like low class apartment building. When he got in he noticed a repairman who was fixing a wending machine. Dysom approached him and asked him if he is responsible for all the repairings in this building, the repairman said yes to Dyson's question and Dyson asked an other question, he asked where his target live and repairman told him. Dyson thanked him and went on a second floor where should his target live. Dyson saw a name plate with name of his target. He knocked on door and some woman opened it. "Does John Hall live here?" Dyson asked, and woman replied; "Yes he live here, he is taking shower now...."After these words, Dyson knock her out and closed the door. It was one room combined with bedroom and kitchen and one door that lead to bathroom he left woman lying on ground and went straight to the bathroom where his target was, he opened the door, Jonh shocked turned around covering his private parts and yelled; "Why the fuck are you here?!"
Dyson pulled out his gun and aimed it at John, and Dyson said; "You shouldn't had fucked a fixer." When Dyson said it, Jonh tried to beg him for mercy but Dyson pulled the triger and left.
When he was outside he called Veronica. "Job is done. John Hall is dead." Dyson said. "Good job I will send you...." Dyson jumped into Veronica's words and said; "You said this job supposed to be harder but It was easy as fuck. Why?" "Killing is harder then saving someone no?" Veronica replied, "In NightCity, It's easier to kill than save remeber that." Dyson said, "Alright alright, you finished your job first so go home amd rest. I'm still waiting for Jacob finish his job. See you soon Dyson." Veronica said and ended up the call.

Jacob after he finished his gig, called Dyson to come and pick him up, and Dysom came and picked him up now both of them were sitting in the car on the way to Dyson's place. While driving to Dyson was drinking to his place he asked Jacob if he wants go for drink but Jacob replied with words that he is tired and he needs a rest. After they got inside Dyson's place Jacob said; "I want new implants." Dyson stopped walking around and turned to Jacob and replied; "You should not get new implants Jacob. It can worsen your condition." "I know but still...I figured something while doing gig and something is that I can't fight effectively." Jacob said. Dyson put his hand on his face and sighed, "You got a point Jacob but if you get new implants your condition will worsen drastically. For example right now I give you five years before you gone nuts maybe more if you take proper medice, but if you get new implants your condition will drastically get worse." Even though Dyson tried to stop Jacob from getting a new implants by telling how bad can It be for him, Dyson didn't really lyied but Jacob look showed something diffrent
"Let's say I will get new Implants, how time I got before...you know." Jacob asked, Dyson went to other room to change him self, and while changing Dyson replied; " Depends on Implants you will get." Dyson said and came out from room he was changing his clothes and continued talking; "Every cybernetic implant is connected to brain, nervous system or circulatory system. Depends on Implant but If you get too much of Implants you will overdo your body after all most of the time cebernetic implants are bonus to your original body therefore your body need to work more to keep you alive and good implants functioning. " "Alright but why are you telling me this? For what exactly?" Jacob asked because he didn't understand why Dyson told him all this. "Put two and two Jacob." Dyson said and came closer to Jacob and speaking; "By overdoing your body with Implants a Illness come to scene. I guess you know what kind of Illness. Somebody has high resistance to cyberpsychosis so he can have more implants that normal human and there is you. Your resistance is lowest I have ever seen, your adaptability is terrible, your body is denieding every implants. But there is a way for you to have three or four more implants at max." After hearing that Jacob was all ear, "Then say it. What I need to do for it?" Jacob asked curiosly, Dyson turned around and grabbed something from his desk and throw it at Jacob. Jacob catched it and asked; "What is it?" Dyson turned to Jacob and answered; "Steroids, specially adjusted pill steroids with no side affects at all, but then it will show possitive effects really soon. Although you have pretty strong body you will still take one each day, you will train everyday. With strong body you should able to have more implants." "Alright then. Say no more boss!" Jacob said normally but he was happy inside. He maybe has s chance to have more implats. It means he will be stronger. "We will talk more about this at the morning, let's go to sleep now." Dyson said and both of them went to sleep so they can be ready for tomorrow.
