They were immersed in the story and didn't notice the passage of time.
Soon, without them even noticing, dawn arrived, and Alden finished his story.
"I knew he was not a good person, but this much, I couldn't even have imagined it," Neo spoke, shaken by the identity of Elttil and his family history.
Chloe nodded in agreement. "To sacrifice 400 people every twenty years, I am afraid they have abandoned their humanity long ago. All that's left is their calculative and evil nature."
"S-Still, A-Alden, you were too reckless." Owen lectured shyly. "Y-You shouldn't have gone to him."
