This period of time brought some significant changes to the Fourth Realm. Most notable was the mass recruitment of Cultivators of the young generation by the various sects and organizations.
News had already gone round that the Millennia Transcendent Tourney was brought forward, and each organization took the opportunity to rapidly increase the strength of the younger cultivators that would represent them in the competition.
Kong Xiang was, of course, oblivious to all this as he remained in the Grand Samsara Temple, cultivating, learning and deducing the intricacies of his Grand Dao.
