"Have you found any doubtful person?" asked the knights when Alex did not speak a word.
His gaze was deeper with a look of frost in his eyes.
"Have you asked all the maids where they were?" he asked back without giving them any answer but the knights still nodded with respect.
"Is there any other staff that is on leave or will come in another shift?" the knights shook their heads at once making him frown.
"Do any of them have another set of uniforms which was stolen?" This time a hint of impatience was placed in his voice but the knights only exchanged glances.
They could not understand what Alex was thinking but they did not ask this question to the waitresses.
In truth this area is part of dark alleys. Crimes are common here and law and order is a mess since it is part of the borders where often wars break out.
