A Bitter Childhood Memory
In the royal palace,
"Have you stalled enough time?" The moment Alex opened his eyes, he met Olivia's gaze but his heart sank with the look in them.
"I…"
"I want to meet him, Alex." her voice was stern and despite their nude bodies touching each other, all he felt was cold.
He closed his eyes and took a defeated breath. He knew that she wanted to meet Cedric and he feared it not because he cared for Cedric anymore but he was worried that Olivia would do something that will haunt her all her life.
"I have so much blood in my hands that it could never taint me further." as if reading his thoughts,
she smiled and stood up from the bed.
Her white skin was covered with marks from last night. He had been wild and it was nothing sweet like their first time or before that.
