"Are you asking me to elope with you?" he asked with a twinkle in his eyes.
"Yes!" she said with a pause.
When he pulled her. His hand moved to her waist and pulled her in his arms.
She ended up on his lap and folded her hands around his shoulders.
"If things don't go well, I want you to run away with me." she repeated with a pause.
He had thought that she was joking but looking at his eyes, it did not look like the case.
"That would never be needed." he assured her when she hugged him tightly to hide the expressions on her face.
If only she could tell him that she had to take over the palace of Sonarise one day.

"You think I will let it go if they reject you. I will fight the world for you." he said in a serious voice but she never had the doubt. She knew that he would fight for her.
