Season Two: Chapter Seventy Two

When Chase opened the door to their apartment, he smiled the moment he caught sight of Lia sitting on the couch in the living room, rubbing her hand across her round tummy while her other hand was busy flicking the channels on TV. While Zig was lying flat with his tummy on the floor, looking bored without Chelsea at home to play with him. But when he heard the click on the door, he jumped up and ran towards the open door. Chase grinned at the eager puppy and picked him up to cuddle the fluffy animal in his arms.

"Hi, baby…" He stepped into the apartment, and strolled towards his lovely wife, as he let go of Zig, allowing him to return to his original position.

Lia blinked her eyes rapidly in surprise when she heard the door open, but soon a wide smile spread across her face. "Chase! Why are you back at this time?"
