Alex,31, had been living in Sugar Roots since 1976.He lived in a small house, enough for him to accommodate as well as a tenant.His main source of income was his crop.He lived alone.

Alex was facing financial crises.He was almost living hand to mouth.It had been days since he was thinking about passive income resources when he met Joshua.

Joshua Fernandez,26, was a lawyer.He had a striking appearance.He was 6 feets tall with deep black hair and blue ocean eyes just like Melissa.In a nutshell,he was someone whose charm could not be resisted by any woman.Joshua was about to open his law firm but couldn't manage.He used to live in New Orleans.

After completing his law degree,he was in search of potential Clients.He had been working as a lawyer for over an year so he had experience.He was adept.His allies were all well settled,some of them were attorneys at law or district attorney.

Joshua's brother in law gave him counseling and told him to start from scratch (low profile areas). Joshua came up with the idea to start from sugar roots as it was in a small village and crime rate was high.Golden spoon for Joshua.

Joshua took train and headed toward sugar roots.On his way,he met Alex who was just returning from new Orleans.Both of them got quite along.Keeping in view his crises, Alex offered Joshua to live with him as a tenant and both of them saw eye to eye.Mutual benefit.Alex would get money, Joshua, clients.Fair enough.

Alex saw the whole tragic scenario that happened with Melissa. He knew Melissa's grandpa very well.He smelled the collusion.He thought of his client less musketeer, Joshua, and asked him to take Melissa's case.

"Come on josh!I Know her grandpa!Do it for me bro"Alex groaned.

"You know me Alex.I don't represent criminals"Joshua shooked.

"Do it for my sake then. C'mon man!you should have seen her misery"Alex insisted.

"That's not how law works Alex.No wonder you're single"Joshua replied with a grin.

"Pinching my weak point ugh!How about we visit the police station and meet her in person?"Alex begged.

"When pigs fly, I'll help her!Get away already!A picture has two sides dude, you can't judge whether someone is guilty or not on the basis of their appearance.This world is unpredictable.This case is self explanatory! This girl is one hell of a killer , bury it."Joshua said, his hand on Alex's shoulder.

"You'll regret not helping her,"Alex Said with a sigh.

"I better regret that, Look at the Time,you need a shut eye,"Joshua said with a wink.

"Alright then I'll see what I can do" Alex exclaimed.

"I know there's something else and I'll find that out at any cost"Alex thought.

Melissa on the other hand was sleep deprived, about to die, night felt like a year to her.
