Alexia’s P.O.V

I knew at that moment that Calvin will most certainly be happy if I could say those three words back at him, but the problem was I couldn’t say it back to him it’s as if that my tongue was caught in something.

Calvin pressed a kiss on me, not letting me finish, “It’s okay. I’m not in a rush anyways. I’ll hear those words someday and surely that’ll be worth the wait. Though, it took a while for you to admit that you’re my person.”

I looked at Calvin because his words made my heart jump wildly again.

After a long while, he asked again, "Are you sure you don't want to help your father?"

"No, I am sure!" I shook my head profusely, “For a long time he abandoned me and my mother, for a long time we’ve suffered and he didn’t make us feel that he’d support us too. The last time I asked him for money, he didn’t care. His heart is full of malice and cruelty that he does not save some space for me and my mother!”
