"Yes, Princess. I would leave immediately", Veni said.
He had not planned on leaving immediately after reaching the Red Kingdom, because no one travels like that. Veni had planned on staying at an inn for the night then he would leave in the morning.
But, with the way the message was important to the princess, Veni thought it wise to leave now. He wasn't feeling tired anyway, so... what was stopping him?
"My horse would need food too", Veni said.
Anthony moved from where he had been standing and walked to the back of the house.
Ruby watched his back, knowing what he was going go to fetch. She walked to where Seth was standing.
Veni followed her movement like someone who was mesmerized. He thought that there was nothing in this world that would make him disappoint the princess. If it meant Veni behaving like a spy and successfully evading the queen and her several other eyes she had in and out of the palace, he was ready to do it.
