CHAPTER 2

When I got to my office, I called my secretary and told her to to read my schedule for the day ,she read it out and I started preparing for my meeting at 1 pm with the departmental heads of my company.

I sat there just listening to this men talk and talk and still not even one point made.

sir, sir ,I was talking to you the demand is now greater than the supply so we will need to hire more workers.

no more workers need to be hired the workers here are enough,or else ( smirks) you are willing to pay them from your salary

no sir please (scared) I just suggested that because I know that it will increase our income and our business will grow more popular and successful.

( thinks about it) I will give it a try only cause I know that it will surely make the business better,with that said I want you who gave the idea to employ the worker who will do this. Now that all has been completed ,I want that to be done before the next week comes to an end ,thank you very much everyone and good day.

that was a very stressful meeting, which after that I also went for other meetings till it was finally time for me to take my leave. so i went to my place in the city to rest and prepare for the next day of work.

After the boss told me what to do I was,kinda scared but I knew that what I said was truly in the benefit of the business,so I decided to put a vacancy post on the website.

the next day I checked on the website there were already people who showed interest in the job and filled the form ,so I invited them over for an interview to know if the are truly qualified for the job and told them the time to arrive.
