As Raiden headed towards his supposed place, we walked towards the Head Executive's car. We sat in the back seat as Mister Carter and Mister Eijiri sat in front.

The atmosphere was heavy; the car was filled with silence, all of us were tensed. I took a deep breath subconsciously, which made everyone glance at me. Mister Eijiri broke the silence.

"Are you alright, Kerstein? Is the food not to your liking?" Mister Eijiri interrogated. I immediately shook my head. "I- It's not like that Mister Eijiri, I just felt uncomfortable with our current situation," I replied.

"Is that so? We're near the Council, let's get back to work." He added. "Understood, Mister," I retorted.

After a while, we reached the building; guards greeted us as we went inside, we just nodded in response. We entered the elevator still with silence filling the scene.
