“I ask again, WHERE IS SHE?!” Leelam yelled, irritated by the woman’s attitude.

The old woman walked to Leelam. When she was close enough that they could feel each other’s breaths, she stopped and walked past him. Leelam shut his eyes in frustration. He thought he would explode. He wouldn’t condone this attitude from anyone, but this woman wasn’t just anyone, she was the only hope he had of finding his granddaughter.

Her footsteps were now loud, meaning she was walking back to him.

“You don’t have to worry, someone will return with your granddaughter, unhurt, and safely. All you have to do now is go home, tame Archer and wait for them to arrive.” The woman said.

Leelam felt a bit relieved, then he turned to leave.

“But...!” those three words immediately stopped him on his tracks.

“But what?” he asked, maintaining his gaze ahead.
