"What did you do?!" Naoto finally managed to react with a shout as a subconscious action as he saw that his mother suddenly went limp, losing consciousness.

AA had already expected that to happen though so he quickly held Mrs. Kozuki so that she wouldn't just drop into the ground.

"What?! She's just unconscious right now due to the sedative that I had just administered as you can see! Don't worry! And definitely don't panic!

It would be bad if you do something to hinder me from curing your mother, okay?!" AA said loudly as he lifted Mrs. Kozuki and gestured to Marianne with his head.

Marianne saw the signal and then pushed a button on the big cylindrical object.

The top surface opened up like a hatch letting out some kind of thin smoke, steam, or something that just looks like one.

AA then put Mrs. Kozuki inside where there is a platform where a person could be laid down.

AA signaled to Marianne again after making sure that the patient is in a comfortable position then Marianne pushed the button again which made the hatch close.

Kallen, all this time, had been having her mouth wide open from the sudden turn of events and the shocks that she repeatedly experienced in just a few moments.

Lelouch was shocked too because he did not know that his Uncle AA would be quite savage with handling a patient that was supposed to be taken care of.

"What the hell!" Naoto finally reacted again after being quiet because of being told off earlier.

"What are you cussing about, young man?!" AA said while acting like a respectable elder as if what he did earlier was not true, but the big cylindrical object is still there and he was even operating it very quickly which made the machine let out some humming-like sounds.

"What are doing to my mom?!" Naoto shouted again.

"Young man, aren't you supposed to be smart? Why are you asking stupid questions which I already answered earlier?

Besides, can't you stop shouting, please? Look at your sister, she is behaving quietly and obediently.

Why can't you be like her?" AA started ranting, getting deeply into the role of being elderly, especially since he has a mustache right now.

Lelouch looked at Kallen who is still in shock but she had already closed her mouth subconsciously after hearing her name being said which is the only word that seems to be understandable for her right now.

Then he patted her on the shoulder with some sympathy as he had already experienced how much of an eccentric his uncle AA could be, he was just thankful that he is not the one on the receiving end this time.

Kallen finally snapped back to reality before taking a deep breath so that she could calm down to take a look at the gravity of this situation.

Naoto had also started calming down after venting out his stirred emotions out of nowhere.

It is still quite dark right now, after all, it's past midnight already.

After a few more moments when AA had finally slowed down from his tinkering, the two siblings also calmed down.

"So... Who are these two, Zero?" Naoto asked politely at this time and also cautiously.

"Right, Zero, please introduce us?" Kallen said hesitantly as she took a glance at everyone.

"Okay, the man is Alister and the woman is Marianne." Zero said simply in a very neutral tone, it is obvious to those who know him that he is controlling himself as much as he can.

Being unbothered means that he might not be connected to the two persons personally, anyway, he just wants to make sure that his secret is safe for now.

But that's just his wishful thinking because...

"Hey, little Lulu, why aren't you calling me mother now?!" Marianne shouted with an angry look on her face. "You don't want me to be your mother anymore?!"

'Alister? Marianne?' Naoto thought as he tried to think about if he knew these two people or not.

As was said before, it's dark already, and they are still at the landing site, the only thing that was giving out some light is the quinjet that wasn't completely turned off yet, and the cylindrical machine that AA is using to heal Mrs. Kozuki.

These two light source isn't lighting up the faces of Marianne and AA clearly enough for the two siblings to recognize them in one look.

'What did she say?! Mother?!' Kallen was shocked silly again when she heard that shout. 'Wait... Did she just call Zero, Little Lulu?!'

"Alright kid, just take off your helmet, don't worry about these two for knowing who you are, their mother will be here for quite some time and they should be very grateful to us.

You should trust people more.
