Clang! Clang! Clang!

Three consecutive collision that rang out loud metal banging sounds is heard as Rey and Ralph's melee intensified!

It came from the two swords of both side and one of their legs as they kicked out.

One defending, one attacking.

In the agents temporary command center.

"Fuck! What happened suddenly?! You said that the guy we have now is not as good as the spy so how is he overwhelming our target?!" The commander shouted in shock.

"I don't know sir but it seems like something abnormal is happening to the guy we have as base on the information we manage to collect right now.

This guy's fighting style is very steady and is all about solid basics but right now, he is going at it like a madman." Coulson said calmly as he analyze what is happening to their guy in the field.

Back to the field.

"Ahh! I'm going to take you down! You traitor!" Ralph shouted at the top of his lungs as he swung his two swords into a storm like attack, not letting up even a bit.

"Damn it! Fucking get off me!" Reynald shouted as he got annoyed at being overwhelmed by someone he really did not expect to being able to do so.

Even after saying to himself that he would not underestimate the opponent it seems that his estimation is still lacking or this is a special circumstances.

'If this is a special circumstances then I could only fucking blame my luck!' Reynald thought inwardly in annoyance.

"I will take you down! Take down! I will definitely do it! Ahhh!" Ralph shouted madly in abandon as he continued attacking non-stop.

The parameters of his knightmare frame had already been set to the maximum numbers as he practiced piloting it all day long from the day he got it.

Although he still had not started practicing on it's flight mode as he only concentrated on mastering the humanoid form first.

He already accepted his slow intellect so he had already made a habit of doing thing in a way that he would be able to do his best in the best way possible.

Like, giving his all in one thing only before moving on to another only when he mastered it already.

That's right, this is something he discovered on his own.

He realize that he can't keep up with everyone so he stop trying and just started doing everything on his own pace.

He got this lesson from a childhood story that his mother tells him when he was small.

The story of the tortoise and the hare.

Hearing Rey's shout did not do anything to Ralph other than becoming angrier!

But Rey started getting more serious than ever, as serious as the times he is having a battle with Char.

Ralph did another overhead slash with both swords making a split second opening in his torso and lower body that can't be attacked if you are not faster than he is.

Reynald knows this that's he does not even try to attack that spot at all because that was intentional!

The two swords that is swinging downwards will definitely be faster than anything he can give out specially when Ralph has the preemptive advantage.

That's why he readied himself to parry!

At this time, everyone felt like the world had suddenly slowed down.

As the two swords of Ralph goes downward to hit Reynald's machine.

Reynald had already made the feet of his knightmare frame apart from each other to secure his balance and footing while he got his own two swords lowered.

He plans to swing his swords upwards in a circular motion outwards, something like that wax in - wax off from karate kid but using swords!

He already got it swinging!

The scene felt so slow for everyone watching as they saw the two pairs of swords colliding with each other!

And Reynald had successfully parried away the attack made by Ralph!

Ralph's two sword together with his machine's hands was thrown out of the way which made him very open for attacks but he made use of this force to move back instinctively.

That's why he got away from Rey before he follows up an attack he can't defend against.

Ralph then started panting as some of his tension lifted off and his anger started dousing off.

He started sweating so much that he started feeling uncomfortable with his clothes as it started feeling sticky.

The two of them stopped for a few seconds with entirely different reasons.

Reynald stopped because he really can't attack too much as Fraye is together with him and she does not have any harness on, moving the knightmare frame would just result in her being thrown around in the cockpit.

The other reason being, he became more cautious against Ralph after being overwhelmed earlier and thought that Ralph might be baiting him into attacking.

What he does not know is that, Ralph can't attack at all right now.

Ralph is currently panting hard the redness of his face from anger before had changed into paleness.

He is really not that used to getting angry and having huge amounts of adrenaline going around in his head.

His hands started trembling too and some veins are showing in his head and hands.

He is in a proper piloting suit, unlike Rey so he is still more comfortable than him even if he was sweating all over very much.

Rey and Fraye are still in their school uniforms when this situation started so Rey had his clothes wet from all the sweat even though he did not sweat as much as Ralph.

Fraye sweated too before from the fright so the cockpit's insides is quite stuffy now, they both just don't notice it yet or maybe they are ignoring it.

In the agent's temporary command center.

"Sir! I just got news that the other guy is already here!

He just got out of the taxi cab!

Our agents are already moving to inform him about the situation and to request his assistance!" Coulson said with a small smile and a hint of excitement in his tone.
