Inside a luxurious room, Janifer Suquen, the mistress of the Suquen family, hastily began packing her clothing and important belongings into large, opulent traveling bags. She meticulously placed everything inside, including her precious jewelry and gold.

A maid stood by the door, her skin a pale white and grayish hue. She watched her mistress, Suquen, with a puzzled expression as Jenifer continued to pack her belongings into numerous bags.

"Mistress Suquen, are you going somewhere at this hour? It's already dark outside, and Lord Suquen and Lord Surmo are unaware of your sudden departure. Should I inform them?" the maid inquired.

"No, do not let them find out about this, under any circumstances!" Janifer exclaimed with a raised voice. The maid was taken aback by her mistress's loud outburst, and she took a few steps back in fear, lowering her gaze.

"As you wish, Mistress," the maid replied in a hushed tone.

Jennifer paused in her packing and looked at the maid. "Sani, I apologize for shouting at you. I was overwhelmed by Lord Suquen's harsh decision. How could he condemn such an innocent child? He looks so pure, and I believe the Ice Goddess may have had personal motives for selecting him. Otherwise, she wouldn't have shown any interest in a man," she sighed and continued.

"Sani, I have one final task for you."

The maid, Sani, was taken aback. "A last task? What do you mean, Mistress? Are you leaving the Suquen Family House? You cannot do that! If you're caught, there will be no mercy."

Jennifer nodded and spoke firmly, "I'm aware of the consequences of my decision, but I've made up my mind. Sani, you've served me since I married Surmo Suquen and bore his children. However, I've never received love, affection, or protection from Surmo. I came to this house solely to bear children for the Suquen family's future. My only purpose was to give birth and stand by my husband without questioning his decisions."

Janifer paused for a moment before continuing, "But today, when I saw that innocent human child, my heart raced, my blood boiled with a forbidden joy that had long been dormant. Sani, I can't quite put this newfound feeling into words, but I need you to go to the confinement room where the human is held, without being detected. Use this gold to bribe the guards who are watching over the human and have them deliver the child to you."

Sani stared at Janifer, her confusion and fear evident. She was well aware that if the guards were loyal to Lord Suquen, both she and Janifer would face grave consequences. After contemplating for a moment, she nodded and said, "I will do my best to bring that child."

"No, Sani, you must bring the child to me. I possess a Frostgate Amulet, and I know how to use it. Once you have the child with you, we will leave this realm and escape as far as we can," Janifer declared with determination.

Sani stared at Janifer with an uncertain gaze she reluctantly nodded her head and said " As wish mistress Janifer"

"I will be waiting for you here, go and bring him."

"Yes," Sani nodded and quietly left the room. Alone now, Janifer continued packing her belongings, her face lit up with an obsessive smile. "That human baby was so adorable and beautiful, his blue shining eyes, smooth white skin, a perfect tiny body... How could someone so innocent be accused of sinning? He's supposed to be protected... This world is cruel and unjust. I can't allow that old, fat man to execute that sweet, innocent baby..."

She held a pillow from the bed, hugging it tightly, and gently caressed it, imagining it to be the human child. "Don't be afraid... I will protect you. Once we escape from here, I'll take you to a place where no one can reach us, and we'll live happily. I'll raise you and cater to your every need. Whatever you desire, I'll provide. But suddenly, she fell silent, her eyes closing, and her demeanor became motionless, as if she were a statue. A striking transformation occurred; instead of her eyes being white, they began to shine in blue.
