His love for his ruby red pendant brought about the entrance of Amaya into his life. Being the cold, silent, indifferent, calm and mostly composed mafia among his brothers, he didn't bother to hide his desperation for his pendant once his eyes met with Amaya.

Although she sold his most prized possession, Kris wasn't interested in her being taken as a slave.
