Unraveling a web of deception

Shizuru's eyes were getting very irritated by the sunlight as she and Hino were walking in broad daylight. They had to continue the journey to a cafe where they would meet the ex-staff of Ki-chan that they had decided to talk to. It wasn't an easy task but they had to do it if they wanted to continue their investigation.

Shizuru and Hino didn't see the staff they were looking for inside the cafe. They knew they were close but they needed to keep walking to find the right person. It was a bit awkward, but they eventually saw a message from the staff telling them that she was behind their back. They looked behind and saw her, so they turned around and directly interviewed her right there.

Shizuru wandered off the sidewalk and lost her footing, Hino suddenly held her close to him as the car passed, and after it had passed, he gently pushed her back to her original position. Hino was embarrassed that he had been caught off guard, but he was relieved that Shizuru was safe.

Shizuru looked at Hino with a mix of surprise and frustration, as his actions were both caring and confusing.

After meeting with the ex-staff of Ki-chan, the staff told them that she could bring them to the idols who were also victims of the deep fake video. She also mentioned that she had lost her job after exposing the issue and that she knew where the idols who were victims of the video were located. This was a big revelation for Shizuru and Hino, as they were getting closer to finding the truth behind those videos.

Shizuru, Hino, and the ex-staff drive to a small bar where Ki-chan worked. The bar was small and you could see the colourful spotlight on the stage and middle-aged men waving yellow light sticks and cheering on the idols. It was also full of elderly people who were also cheering for the idols. This was quite a different scene than the investigation Shizuru and Hino were used to, but it was a good way to get information and investigate the matter.

The ex-staff led Shizuru and Hino to the backstage of the bar where the owner was. They were going to interview the owner of the bar to see if they could get any information about the idols who were victims of the deep fake video. This was a big part of their investigation and they were hoping that they would get some useful information from the owner.

As Shizuru and Hino started questioning the owner, the owner refused to disclose anything to the public media. This person was reluctant to share any information and was only interested in protecting the idols' image. This was frustrating for Shizuru and Hino because they wanted to expose the truth to the world. They had hoped the owner would be more cooperative in the investigation, but it seemed like this owner was set on hiding the truth.

Mei was there to tell the owner that their group were planning to leave, but she had overheard their conversation and started arguing with the owner. She jumped in frustration and started touching her hair with one finger and slapping the table. She then said "What are you talking about? That's not what happened! YOU KNOW ALL OF THIS, YOU ARE ALSO PART OF THIS! YOU HOLD ALL OUR DOCUMENTS, RIGHT?!"

Mei continued to argue with the owner, trying to convince him that he was a part of all this and that he had documents that they needed to expose the truth. The owner was not willing to accept her argument and he was standing firm in his position. Mei was getting frustrated and felt like she was running out of options. She was hoping to find a way to make the owner cooperate and help expose the truth.

As the owner became frustrated, he decided to drag Hino, Shizuru, and the ex-staff out of the bar and told them to "leave". Mei was very frustrated and was told by the owner to stay quiet and not say anything more.

The owner then decided to let everyone in the bar leave and they would close it.

This was a difficult situation for everyone as they didn't know how to resolve this issue and were frustrated that they were being kicked out.

Shizuru, Hino, and the ex-staff could feel frustrated, disappointed, and helpless at the situation they were in.

They were hoping to continue their investigation and get the owner's help to expose the truth about the deep fake video, but instead they were being kicked out of the place and told they should leave.

They didn't know where to go from there and they were also frustrated that they were being stopped from finding out the truth.

Hino said frustratedly "What do we do now?"

The ex-staff responded "Ki-chan still has the documents we need, but right now, we have to figure out how we can contact all of them. I only have Ki-chan's group." This suggests that they need to find a way to contact all the victims of the deep fake video and that the ex-staff only has a group chat of Ki-chan but not the other victims. Hino was wondering what they could do next to move their investigation into action.

Shizuru said to the Ex-staff "My birthday will be in 3 weeks! We need to do something. We need to find their contact as soon as possible."

This suggests that Shizuru is feeling a bit anxious about their current situation and they want to find a way to get contact with the other victims.

They wanted to be able to contact them in time for her birthday and were hoping that they could do something to move forward with their investigation. "Okay, so we need to find a way to contact them, but how? The owner won't release their contacts", Ex-staff said to Shizuru and Hino, "We might need to do some investigation and get some help from our connections."

Hino sighed "I can't believe we have to do so much just to expose the truth."

Shizuru nodded in agreement "This is not right, the idols and their fans deserve to know the truth about this deep fake video. We will find a way."
