She Left

SCOTT POV

"GYAAH!", I screamed as I open my eyes from a good night's sleep to Ofir's face gawking at me a few inches from my face. His dark eyes and oddly looking skin gave me nightmares, waking up from an intimate and passionate dream about my Luna.

"What the.. OFIR!", I hollered and jumped from the floor while I cover my manhood with a pillow. "Don't you fucking do that!", I thought I'm going to have a heart attack waking up close to his face at this time in the morning. "Ugh! Geez!", I panted as I lifted a finger to the tiny beast frowning at me. Calming myself down while I take long deep breaths, I closed my eyes and thought of the best moment my Luna and I shared the night before. After last night, I feel like nothing can ruin my bliss, my day and and my mood.

Last night, I told Diana that I love her. It's not a like a question that needs to be answered, but I never got a reply in return whether she loves me too. I can feel in her touch and see in her eyes how strong her affection for me, nevertheless, it would be nice if I'd hear those three little words from her.

My emotions outpoured when Diana didn't held back. There were moments that it felt like she's slipping away, considering she gave me a cold shoulder most of the time. I'm so glad that she took all my inhibitions and uncertainties as soon as our lips touched.

Each time I remember how Stanley, Elders Dolphus and Velvet would tell me about avoiding the imprint, I seethe in silence on their hypocrisy and for not being considerate on my right to imprint, a right for me to be happy. I could tell that my imprint on Diana turned out to be the best thing that ever happened in my life.

She has been the ultimate reason of my happiness, my motivation to move forward on every tomorrow, and my only hope who gives me strength to survive each day. The mornings became brighter, and the nights are less lonelier. With Diana by my side, there's nothing more I would wish for.

"You might want to get up now, Lycan King. We have a problem", Ofir said as he glared at me.

"Don't include me with your problems.", I looked around as I walked. "Where's Diana?", I asked not waiting for his reply.

I searched around and only found empty halls, and empty rooms. Where could she be?

I went to my bedroom, took my robe and wore it. I called Diana's name a couple of times, and still no answer, and not even a glimpse of her. I went back to the living room, and saw Ofir still standing where I left him. As I approached, he instantly blurted out, "She left".

"Well, if your face is the first thing I'd see in the morning, I'd leave too", I continued to search around for Diana.

He didn't replied.

"Diana?? Luna!!", I exclaimed while I keep my stare at Ofir who looked bothered.

"She left, Lycan King", he said. "She told me, we will go find her father together, yet she left me.", he added.

"And where could she might be?", I asked as left my mouth open at Ofir's outrageous remark. I thought her father's dead? Is she keeping a few things from me? But, why?

"Her father. We'll… look for… him together", Ofir was highly strung as he stammered. "But she left me. She could be anywhere near, Lycan King. We should find her. It's not safe for her to wander around", Ofir said.

With a point well made, I sprinted to my bathroom, took a quick shower and wore a clean set of clothes. Worried about Luna, my heart pounded irregularly at the questions starting to fill my head. I gulped a lump on my throat thinking that the uneasy feeling I felt last night was about the secrets of my Luna that she concealed from me.

Once all done, I hurriedly went down to find Ofir. Entering the living area, I saw Ofir all worried with a frown on his face. "Where would she go?", I asked his who's walking back and forth in the living room.

He paused, looked at the door and said, "You have a visitor". He snapped her fingers and disappeared into thin air.

"Hey wait!", I tried to hold him bit I was too late.

In a few seconds, someone called on the phone asking for an access up. I grunted at the name of the guest and still invited him up anyway.

Waiting for the elevator to open, I placed my hands in my pockets as I darken my eyes straight ahead. When I heard the elevator ding, I held my head up to the old man who surfaced from the elevator.

"Stanley", I said as I clenched my jaw. "What a surprise", he was wearing a black suit and a Fedora hat. He walked assisted by a wooden cane with a wolf handle.

He looked around with his eyes and stared at me with a timid smile. "Am I not welcome?", he asked.
