"Okay, now what?"
Hearing such a question coming from the woman that could see ten seconds into any possible future was both ironic and alarming to Riku on a lot of different levels. Of course, it meant that she had no idea what was going to happen, or that her future vision hasn't caught up to her yet.
Both are equally bad for their continued survival.
"What do you mean 'now what?' You got us here in the first place," he halfway grumbled out.
"The... The visions... All I'm seeing is that we're gonna be sitting here for longer than ten seconds," Shizu frowned, her glowing eyes straining at the blank space she was staring at. "The future isn't set. I need-MPH!"
Before she could finish her sentence, Shizu doubled over, her face paling as she quickly put her hands over her mouth. The power in her eyes flickered for a good few seconds before they stabilized, what little that she ate managing to stay within her body as she panted.
