Finesse

The girl's expression flashed a momentary surprise, but only momentarily. Although Xan was certain he had caught her completely off guard by using the Breathless Gust Step, the girl's eyes still displayed an unreadable calm. Her grey eyes seemed to confuse Xan the more he looked at them.

"The person you were talking to," the girl responded, her eyes scanning the spot Xan had previously been, as her aimed arrow followed her gaze almost mechanically, seemingly unbothered by how close Xan was or the grip he had on his sword, almost like he wasn't a threat.

"Talking to?" Xan knew she was talking about Alfa. However, he had assumed no one else could see Alfa but him. He considered that she's most likely assuming the presence of someone else because, depending on how long she's been watching him, she must have found out he couldn't have just been mumbling to himself.
