CHAPTER 49

"This is starting to get boring." Duke Bastella said as he starts removing his heavy armors one by one.

Both Alistair and Geradine are panting a lot. Their sweats are also dripping on the floor. They are the exact opposite of the duke who is not even sweating a little. Even Marquis Parvil is starting to get short breaths and his body is starting not to follow him.

"If only you just easily give in to my conditions, then maybe we are not doing these trivial things now." Duke Bastella said after he removes the last armor on his body.

Although he is still panting, Geradine sneers at the duke's words and gives his most vicious glares.

"Do you think we can still trust you?! After all the things you did?!"

"It is not me who betrayed first." Duke Bastella slowly said. "It was Teriza who first broke the trust that we have for each other."
