" You are too much " Elder Amaya shook her head in annoyance.
" I will not share with Isamu," Zineb said. " You don't expect me to find my mate and then share him? Your children want Isamu for his power and they are just obsessed with him. Let me ask you something Sayuri, what if you find your mate and he finds out you are married to Isamu? Do you think your mate will accept you ?"
Sayuri looked away and I saw the same shattered look on Kata's face.
" She is playing with your mind " Elder Amaya tried to convince Sayuri.
" What kind of a mother are you? You are already a Yakuza elder and if so, Sayuri is the only one to take your place. I believe that in the ballroom at Fairfields Hotel, you already proved your loyalty when you defended Isamu. What more do you want ?" Zineb demanded.
" I doubt I will ever find my mate," Kata said.
