VOLUME 1 END

Like the winds, I flew around, searching for someone. Kirin! There he was! Sitting on top of a huge rock, by himself. The celestial medallion, symbol of Celestia's absolute monarch and vessel of its guardians, hanging around his neck. I felt at ease. How long has it been since then? I don't know. But, I am very happy to see him alright. I stood in front of him, but he couldn't see me. It didn't matter, I just wanted to see him for one last time.

"Freyja..."

He whispered, as if he knew that I was in front of him "Yes? Kirin?" I asked, although I knew that he could never hear me. "I'm waiting for you." Those sweet words came out of his lips.

I wrapped my arms around him as tight as I could. "Wherever you are, no matter where you will go..." he continued, "I'll find you. So, wait for me too..."

I felt my entire self, shrouded with the warmest comfort I've ever felt. I love Kirin. I love Kirin more than anything. I wanted to stay beside him forever, spend each and every day with him. But, I knew that I can't.

But, hearing his words gave me courage. It's more than enough.

"Yes Kirin, I will. I promise."

I planted a soft kiss on his lips, before letting go of my consciousness. With that, everything went dark. That world, and Kirin, everything went dark

Kirin, let's meet again. Someday.
