/"Maddy’s man is taking her out for an anniversary dinner,/" she threw on a smile that told me she was trying at least.

/"Oh, that is cute,/" Destiny nodded at me. Big smile spreading across her face. I just shrug because Kierra doesn’t look like she agrees, I wonder why.

/"So, I asked around campus about him,/" she says biting her lip. I sigh silently. I know what is coming. /"His reputation isn’t great,/" she looks at me for only a second before looking at her sister and Cleo.

/"That was before he met our girl though,/" Cleo perks up. She loves to be my cheerleader. /"I mean, people change,/" she shrugs and looks at me with a face that tells me that she believes, at least a little, that what she said is true. /"Look at her,/" Cleo stands up and gets louder, /"she could make anyone want to change their ways, settle down, and have two point five kids./"
