Princess Cassandra waited for Lord Bentham to come.
Cassandra looked at the side as she saw the Duke standing there with a dark face. Princess Cassandra knew that Duke Salvador was not happy with her decision but he still accepted her view and called for Lord Bentham.
'Am I doing something wrong?'
'Should I try to solve the problem without consulting the Lord?'
Princess Cassandra thought. She did not know what to think anymore. All she knew was that Lord Bentham was the one who knew about her mother. A mother she missed dearly, someone she had only known for a brief time but was too young to remember.
'No, Lord Bentham is the only one who knows about my mother.'
'My mother knew him. They should have been close. After all, she told him how to talk using thoughts.'
'Duke Salvador does not believe Lord Bentham but the Lord had never done anything that might affect me. He was always respectful and kind to me.'
