SURVIVAL

I finished gathering my thoughts and stood up to head home, since staying here for too long won't be safe, they might decide to close it up. But it's not like it matters cause it's an open roof and the lights shining round the field is still on. But I've got to go back now cause it's a Sunday night, and tomorrow is Monday, the first day of school for the week, and didn't Hayami make mention about me joining the Inter-High Sport's Festival?. Man everything is such a pain in the ass...but in a way it's really fun, if most guys in my school found out that I'm staying with one..no two babes they would be like really, well...I don't know if they would be jealous or angry at me?. Any way it's time to go home.

*VWOOO*

I flew upward and landed at the covered part of the open roof, I wanted to fly home instantly but I decided to take things easy cause today only comes once in a lifetime except you're a Deviant who can time travel at will, I haven't heard from Sasuke in a while now the guy is becoming useless, and it seems since I fought that Untouchable Bitch girl I have become quite mature or maybe I've been reasoning calmer now, but I won't be able to notice my growth only the people around me will notice it.

it's like I've using my brain a little more, I don't know if I'm just insulting my self or I'm just praising my self. Hmm.. isn't that Hayami and Momoi, they must have taken alot of time shopping, well I guess it is normal cause girls tend to take alot of time in doing things. Should I just go home straight or I should just meet up with them. Alright...I should just meet them ahead cause they are still in public place and if I just go and talk to them now people would think they know who I really am even if they don't know who I really am. I walked away as I started to jump from building to building, it's really fun doing this. it really nice how the city looks at night all the light the buildings in all of Tokyo dazzling bright, it's just awesome.

[Hayami's POV]

Momoi and I have already bought most of the necessary things she will need for her self and I also bought some things myself as well.

"Thank you, come again"

The cash registrar greeted the both of us after handing what we bought in a quality bag.

"Sure anytime"

I replied back, cause it might be offensive not to reply but it will also be bad not visit when needed. Momoi hasn't really said much since we've hangout and only replies when ever I ask her about what she needs or does she like a a particular thing. I know she been through a lot but it won't be long before she survives through the trauma. I stopped walking, for sometime now I've been feeling someone staring at me from above. I turned to look behind but there was no one.

"What's wrong Hayami-san"

"oh it's nothing, let's just keep going"

I said with a smile to comfort her and she also smiled back at me, even if it was obvious that her smile was forced. The road outside the mall is as crowded as usual.

"Hey Momoi what class are you"

"oh me I'm umm..I'm still a first year"

She's a first year just like Akasuki huh, maybe she will need someone who shes familiar with around her. She already view Akasuki as a host which she can parasite and depend on so it won't be bad to be around him all the time.

We got through the crowd and was already pretty close home. The number of people walking around us has drastically reduce to...zero well except the guy who's walking behind us but, my instincts doesn't like it one bit and Momoi has been shivering since we became alone around here.

"Ello, p'etty girls...y'u mand talking witt me"

The male that was walking behind us said as he walked towards us from our side and he lured us into the alley by the opposite side. And in instant the walkway light reflected. Making it known that he was holding a knife in his hand and I could sense another male behind walking to us from behind but he was still a bit far away but I suppose he is in cohoot with this guy.

"What is it you want to talk about?, it's already late and it's dark so I'm gonna decline on conversations"

"Now, now...no need to show such a bad attitude it's a waste on girls like you"

The man who was coming from the other side said as continued to walk closer. I pretended to be shocked from hearing him even though I noticed him from the beginning.

*BAM*

"Aaaaaahhhhh!!!"

The man with the knife in front of us slams his hand against the wall creating a shocking noise. Momoi screamed as she kneeled weakly shivering while using both of her hands to cover her ears and she closes her eyes.

*SIGH'S*

i sighed and was about to move when I noticed something in black covered in flames above coming towards us like a meteor from space.

*THUD*

it lands on the ground in full force, To my surprise it was someone I least expected at the moment.

"Woh y`u that Bunin hood guy?"

The guy with the knife asks being surprised and terrified at the same time as he almost stumbled off the ground, he should really do something about his accent...you will have to recall what he said before you can actually understand what he's trying to say. The other guy with him ran back the way he came, I actually wanted to beat~ him up till he begs for mercy while bowing~, hehe, but it doesn't matter now there's now less trash to throw away.

"W-Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!"

The one with the knife screams as he starts to run away, but I gave him no chance. I ran to his front in an instant, first I kicked him up to the sky and when he was falling back down I kicked him towards Akasuki who began to chase the other guy.

"Hey Catch!"

I said as he turns around and catches him.

"Hmm..what's this?"

"Gyaaaahhhhhh!!!, IT BU'NNNS!!"

The one with the knife exclaimed as jumped out from Akasuki's grip, who was completely on fire..I don't know why he's doing it even though he isn't hurt now to need healing..or maybe he fought someone before coming here.

"Huh?...What?"

it seems he's trying to understand the situation and he hasn't noticed that's it's me cause I'm sure he wouldn't have come to our rescue, let's try to lighten up the mood.

"Umm..tha~nk you, you both of us"

I sounddd like a pervy girl in an anime.

"oh..uh, don't mention it, it's what I do for fun"

he said as he lowered his head while scratching the back of the head, I'm sure he must be blushing right now.

"Ha..my he~ro is there anything I can do for you"

"Heh...now that you mention it, wait isn't this wrong...WAIT YOU'RE.."

"You just figuring that out now genius"

"Ha-Hayami senpai..how long have you been there, where are the two babes I saved?"

"Since before you went heroing for us and it was both of us the whole time"

I said as I busted into laughter and continued

Akasuki asks and I instantly turned around to look at Momoi, only she wasn't there, I didn't even notice when she left. Did she run back to our home or did she run away scared into the city, I knew she was terrified but—

"You go search from above she hasn't gotten far"

"I will go back home to see if she went home"

it is quiet possible that she ran to town but I will also check for her after I confirm she not at home.

"Alright, call me if you get anything"

I said as Akasuki flew up and I ran back home, with the things we bought. I had already entered our street when I saw a familiar face coming at me.

"Sasuke"

"oh.. Hayami senpai is Momoi alright she kept saying I'm sorry it's not my fa—

"MOMOI, SHE'S BACK HOME?!!"

"Yes I saw her heading back looking terrified, I hope she's ok"

Sasuke said and I took out my phone and called Akasuki. I told him that she's back home.

"Were you both looking for her?".

"Yeah, we thought she ran away when we were attacked"

"Well I'm just glad you're all safe anyway goodnight senpai"

"Yeah goodnight"

What's with him acting all macho I can tell he's putting up a bold front maybe he's depressed about something. But it doesn't matter now, I ran back home only to find Momoi also heading out.

"Hayami-san..I-I'm so sorry i-i didn't know what came over I just ran away i—

"It's fine, when humans experience danger, they tend to discard all other thought except survival, so what you did wasn't wrong, infact I will say it was the right choice but I'm gonna need you to always rely on us when you're in danger cause we will protect you always"

"H-Hayami~san"

She said as she sobs running towards me and I hugged her.
