A NEW RIVAL

It was Already getting dark so I stood on top of the tallest building in the city watching. Sasuke got me another transmitter and this time he was ready for business.
"Akasuki go to the football part of the National Stadium, over"
"The Stadium?..why there?, over"
"I hacked into the police radio, there was a report about a Deviant during the live match of the football".
So I went there, the report Sasuke got was quick I was already there before the audience started running outside. The police aren't here yet and the distance between the D.C.S headquarters and here Is quite far, but if they do come while I'm fighting then I'm gonna run away.
"Umm Sasuke who is the Deviant, I mean everyone is currently running away so I won't be able to tell who's who, over"

I said as I looked around and then bingo I found her, she was running away towards the east side but everyone was distancing their selves from her I thought it was weird but now I know why. I flew towards her about to land with my feet to her head. But in that seat roll was a kid scared sitting on the chair there not moving, if I land on her we will both fall on the kid. Mistakenly I shot fire at the Deviant in other to stop my self from landing on the kid, I ran to where the kid is.
"Hey, are you alright?"
I asked the kid but he didn't reply instead he looked even more terrified, I know I look like one of those badass villain instead of the main protagonist. But you gotta feel Me kid, the kid began to cry. Then the kid looked behind me, I turned around.

Flame got shot at me, I protected the kid with my body. This leaves the question of who shot the fire, am I the only fire Deviant, is that girl also a fire Deviant. but that should sort it self out later, I need to take this kid somewhere safe so he won't be harmed. I tried petting the kid but he just kept crying, the kid was such a pain in the ass. I turned around to look for the girl but she was gone.
"Hey, if you don't want me to kill you right now..run that way"
I said menacingly but the kid was still looking at me, like he was deaf.
"NOW!"
I shouted and the kid ran away towards the exit. now..where is that girl.
*BAM*
The girl crashed on to me after swinging like a Tarzan. She started to punch me on my face, So I pushed her upward with my feet releasing fire at her. But for some reason, the fire disappears, like it was sucked by a vacuum
"What did you do to my flame?"
Not gonna answer me huh..sure we can play the quiet game.

Fire appeared behind me, I was able to quickly notice it cause her eyes where looking at that direction.
"Fine since fire doesn't work on her..then let's see what you will do with physical attacks. I rushed straight at her and I could tell that she couldn't follow my actions. So I landed a kick at her, she was unfazed by this and she just looked at me.

I felt a strong hit on my chest, it hurt me alot so I held it and looked at her.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU?!"
I shouted at her
"Who me?, I'm a Deviant the same as you"
"Yeah moron she's a Deviant the same as you"
I heard Sasuke say from the communicator.
"Hey Sasuke..a little help here please, over"
"Fine..your enemies ability is the absorb attack and redirect it but the problem is that I don't know how she redirects it, over"
Absorb.. argh she reminds me a lot of that bastard Glu-Tony, Sasuke said she can absorb and redirect, but he doesn't know how she redirects. I should try to find how she redirects attacks. I surged at her again, I sent two punches and a kick at her, but she is really weird. Normally when a person is in this kind of situation they moves their body trying to block but she doesn't move her body at all but moves only her eyes trying to follow me. WHAT!!..can it be that her eyes are the way Sasuke mentioned, Only one way to find out, but it's really going to hurt..maybe I should have reduced the amount of power I applied. I landed away from her and as soon as she looks at me.

But still look on the bright side..it worked, she can only redirect her attack on to people she can see, and she has to concentrate for some time, Sasuke is really good I won't have found out if not for him.

"I see so it only worked on you when you were stable huh, Try to move really fast that her eyes can't follow while I try to hack into the Stadium's CCTV footage, over"

I took a race pose looking at her and moved at an incredible speed towards her who was standing in front of the seats. I know that she will try to move away so I would fall so I stopped before reaching her and i released all the fire from my feet at her. Blinding her vision on me I go and hide behind her so I would release a finger gun at her. I landed on her back and was already gathering the fire at the tip of my index finger.

I tripped from where I was standing and fell on the football field from the audience's seat view.
"Hey what happened?"
"I tripped at a very critical moment, I was gonna use the finger gun on her, over"
The girl was about to make a move on me but a figure appeared behind her out of no where and just hits her with her hand at her neck. And the girl gets knocked out. The person was a female wearing a weird clothe like a costume, and was about to carry the Deviant away.

Something kicked my stomach and i flew hitting the wall between the floor of the audience seats and the football field grass.
