It's Mister Panda...boy!

Waving her hand in the air, "Moses! Over here!" Seong-min called the man and the child who have just entered the shop, so they would join her and Cyrus at their table.

Turning heads as he walked, Moses was ordinarily dressed in a blue linen shirt and a pair of jeans, and his hair was tied-up in a manbun, while Julian with her hair braided like a princess, walked by her dad's side wearing a black T-shirt dress with a white belt, white sneakers and her trusty panda themed backpack.

Moses smiled as he approached Seong-min at first, But when his eyes met Cyrus's gaze, he instantly tensed-up, "Daddy daddy! Look!...It's Mister Panda...boy!" Julian said while enthusiastically pointing at Cyrus.

"Mister what now?!" Cyrus said and Seong-min laughed at his confused reaction.

Moses's face went beat-red with embarrassment, "I'm sorry! She didn't mean anything offensive!" He said apologetically to Cyrus.

"I...well...nevermind...I understand, she's just a kid." Cyrus replied awkwardly as he stood-up, then he offered Moses a handshake that really surprised him.

Sighing, "I can tell from the look in your eyes Moses, that you weren't expecting me to be here today, but I tagged along because I thought over and over about our interaction yesterday, and I realized I shouldn't have jumped on you like that in front of your kid.

Regardless of what happened in the past between us, Julian...Your kid, shouldn't be effected by it, so...

I'm sorry." Cyrus said.

Accepting his handshake, "Oh?...Oh! I can totally understand why you did what you did yesterday!...if anything I should be the one apologizing, but thank you I am really touched by your apology." Moses replied smiling again.

"Speaking of which, We haven't ordered any ice-cream yet, we thought it's best to wait for you.

Also this shop has all sorts of ice-cream types and flavors! Check out the menu! It's cool!" Seong-min spoke-up happily, "See what I did there?" She added giggling.

"Haha! I get it and oh! You're right!...Wow, this old town has really been developing itself in the past 7 Years, it's more alive and buzzing than it was, I hardly believe it's the same town." Moses said as he sat down.

"So you were really out of town for all these years." Cyrus said and Moses nodded.

"Daddy can we...get some ice-cream!...I wanna have...my favorite ice-cream...already!" Julian asked, "Sure! That's why we're here! Let me find a waiter first!" Moses replied.

As Moses tried calling for a Young man in a waiter apron to come to the table, "Hey Julian! I really love your outfit! And your hairstyle is so pretty! Did your dad do your hair?" Seong-min Asked.

"YES! DADDY DOES EVERYTHING FOR ME!" Julian screamed enthusiastically, startling both Cyrus and her dad.

As few other customers glanced curiously at the little girl who just screamed, "Julian, Honey, you shouldn't scream like that!" Moses said flustered, "It's okay, she screamed because she was feeling happy! Isn't that right Julian!" Seong-min replied.

"YES I'M HAPPY! I'M GONNA HAVE ICE-CREAM!" Julian screamed again making Seong-min chuckle.

Sighing, "And here I thought I won the battle against her screaming habit...She hasn't screamed in a long while, I thought she won't do it again...Seriously, No matter what I say, she just does what she wants, Courtesy of her mother." Moses said chuckling.

"But It's cute don't you think?" Seong-min replied, "The screaming? It's not gonna be cute forever...don't get me wrong, I love everything about my daughter, and I want her to keep being herself no matter what, Even with the screaming.

But we aren't in a perfect world where people like her are treated fairly, and like I said before...not everybody can handle Julian.

I can handle her, I'm her dad and it's my duty to love her, protect her but most importantly to understand and accept her, but obviously these rules don't apply on other people...especially other kids...and as ironic as it is, I'm terrified she'll get bullied.

Since this year was her first in school, I've been obsessively checking on her during classes, to make sure the other kids aren't making fun of her.

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if she got bullied as punishment of my past sins...Karma is really...real." Moses replied worriedly.

"It is ironic...but still, she's innocent.

Julian doesn't deserve to be punished for you past sins." Cyrus said.

"He's right...That's why I said what I said yesterday, about still having to save her life even if I knew she was your daughter." Seong-min added while glancing at Julian who had already pulled out a panda coloring book and started to color one of the many pages, it was a cartoonish picture of a panda happily eating bamboo.

Smiling, "Thank you for your kindness, both of you." Moses replied.

Suddenly, The waiter Moses called earlier Finally dropped by, "Sorry I took my time, what's your order?" He asked.

"I'll take a sherbet combo, one Strawberry one vanilla!" Seong-min said, "I'd like the frozen yogurt, black cherry flavored." Cyrus said next.

"Sorry sir! We ran out of the Cherry flavor! But the pomegranate flavor is all the rage now! Would you like to try it?" The waiter asked, "Fine...I'll try it." Cyrus replied.

"Can I get a tiramisu gelato?" Moses asked, "Sure, just the tiramisu? And how many scoops?" The waiter asked.

"Two, and yeah just tiramisu." Moses replied.

"And the child?" The waiter asked while smiling at Julian who ignored him, "Also a gelato, two scoops, one dark chocolate and the other lemon." Moses replied confusing the waiter.

"Sorry sir, but That's a strange combo, dark chocolate and lemon don't go well together." That waiter said.

"It doesn't matter, That's how she likes it, that's how she's gonna get it." Moses replied but the waiter still looked skeptical, "You don't believe me? Watch!" Moses added then turned to Julian.

"Julian, Honey what ice cream flavor do you want? Daddy kinda forgot? Can you tell me?" He asked.

Without lifting her head as she kept coloring, "Dark chocolate and...lemon please!...thank you daddy!" Julian replied.

"See? now please take the order as it is, and bring my daughter what she asked for.

I really don't like it, that you're questioning her order." Moses said dropping his polite smile.

Seong-min and Cyrus watched silently as the now scared waiter nodded, then left to go get them their order.

Sighing, "Seriously...I don't understand why he was bothered by the flavors, it's not like he's going to eat them himself." Moses said slightly angry.

"You're right, it was weird and unprofessional to question somebody's order like that, but I'm not going to lie it is a strange combo...chocolate and lemon, reminds of something..." Seong-min said.

"It's what Julian likes, she doesn't eat other ice-cream flavors...Just like her grandpa, Evelyn's dad, I mean.

She picked-up that habit from him, he likes that unusual combo, he always eats it, and it was at his place where Julian ate ice-cream for the first time, so it's pretty memorable for her.

Ever since then, that's how she eat it." Moses explained while patting Julian's head, but the little girl didn't care and continued coloring.

"Ah! I get it! It's about the color palette! Usually dark chocolate is dark and lemon is mostly white, it'll kinda look like it's Panda themed." Seong-min.

"Actually? I never thought of it that way! It does look like a panda in a way." Moses replied curiously.

"I hope I'm not overstepping, but I'm kinda lost here..." Cyrus spoke-up.

"About what?" Moses asked, "Who's Evelyn? You've mentioned that name." Cyrus replied.

"Ah, right, Cyrus doesn't know much yet...Btw Moses, you also mentioned the grandpa again, Evelyn's dad." Seong-min said, "Yesterday, You said that If it wasn't for Evelyn's dad who knocked some sense into your head, you would've probably became a bad father to Julian." She added.

"That's true...he's one strange man, in a good way though, Evelyn was like that too." Moses replied.

Suddenly, "Daddy can you...put my headphones...on for me!...I wanna listen...to some music!" Julian said.

"Sure honey!" Moses replied grabbing the girl's backpack, he quickly placed his daughter's headphones on her head and turned them on.

"I thought she was going to tell me about some panda facts." Seong-min said seemingly disappointed, "It's not your fault she's ignoring you, she ignores anyone when she's waiting for her ice-cream." Moses replied chuckling, "Also, once she asks for her headphones, she won't really be talking to anyone after that, it'll be too late for a conversation." He added.

"What does she listens to anyways?" Seong-min asked, "Pop-rock songs mostly, but she has added few favorite Kpop gilrbands songs." Moses replied.

"That's why she's bopping her head like that." Cyrus said chuckling as he watched Julian bop her head repeatedly, "Yeah, lately she shown some interest in metal too..." Moses replied with a slight hint of fear in his voice.

"I take it you're not a fan of metal." Seong-min said, "Uh, well? People have preferences in everything, metal isn't really mine, I'm more of a indie music kinda guy." Moses replied, "Although I should probably start getting used to metal songs, like I said Julian is really taking an interest, I need to prepare myself mentally." He added making Seong-min chuckle.

Suddenly, "You know Moses...it seem like you're a really good dad, which is a big surprise.

Fatherhood was not really the kinda thing I would imagine you would be doin, then again I wasn't sure what you would turn out to be...I'm not gonna lie at this point, but a while ago I tried to look for you and I couldn't find you, why is that?" Cyrus asked.

Moses gave Cyrus a look of understanding before he said, "There is an obvious reason why you would look for a person and not be able to find them, that person did not want to be found."

"So you were hiding for 7 years, were you afraid somebody would come after you?" Cyrus asked earning a curious look from Seong-min.

"It was my uncle's idea at the beginning, he was so ashamed of me if he could bury me alive he would've done that, but he couldn't of course so he wanted to send me somewhere so far away, like another town in the middle of Butt-fuck-nowhere, disconnected from most of the world, one just like our town here.

He wanted A place unheard of where people go to become unheard of." Moses explained.

"Hold On so it's true? That This Town we're currently in, people come here to hide?" Seong-min Asked.

"Yeah, That's what I remember 7 years ago at least! but seeing all the development and the new shops opening, and apparently we have more population too, mainly more newcomers but you get the point, I mean even Nikolai is filming here, things are really changing." Moses said.

"He isn't so wrong, there's more people in our town that moved here than people that were born here." Cyrus said, "Anyways, so after what happened in high school 7 years ago your uncle sent you to another hiding town, is that where you met Evelyn?" he added asking.

"No I actually met Evelyn here way before I left town, when my uncle wanted to get rid of me, Evelyn stepped in and took me with her to her hometown Aka the town in the middle of butt-fuck-nowhere." Moses explained.

"How did you meet her again? Evelyn I mean.

From the sounds of it, she might've been the only person who can tolerate you back then!" Cyrus asked.

Chuckling, "In a way you're right! back then Evelyn might've been the only person who truly loved me despite all of my flaws." Moses replied before glancing at Julian with a smile.
