My mom was shocked for a second, then kissed him back, passionately.

She slowly pulled back and said,"I still really hate you."

He smiled then said,"And I still really love you."

She slowly kissed him again then after that, she helped him to his feet.

She felt terrible for lying to all of us then said,"I'm sorry, it's just, the memories of Andrew keep coming back to haunt me and the only thing I had found that gave me peace was nicotine."

He brushed some aquamarine hair from her face then said,"Well those days are over, your family is still here to help you in any possible way."

She smiled then said,"Thank you, but how did you know I didn't go ahead with the divorce?"

"Felicia I love you more than anything and know you more than anyone, I know no matter what happens, you would never bring yourself to let someone run away from their troubles."He said.

She smiled as he kissed her forehead then she said,"Let me get you a doctor."

He held her hand and said,"You're the only doctor I need."

There was a squishing sound as the blood stained four tailed fox tore some flesh and ate it.

When it was done with the man's liver, it changed into the beautiful woman it always changed to, showing the seven soldiers it had just eaten alive.

A man pointed a shivering gun at it then said,"F- f- freeze, or I'll shoot."

It looked at him, showing its Auburn hair and blood red eyes, then asked,"You wouldn't shoot me, will you?"

There was a red glow in its eyes then the man dropped his gun and it walked closer to him then lined his chest and said,"You are a really good looking man, why don't we have a little fun?"

He smirked and it went with him into a room then there was a growling sound as the man yelled for help and tried to escape but a lightning fast tail went on to pierce through his chest and drag him back as he screamed.

Then there was a squishing sound again, a few minutes later, the shadow of the fox changed to one of a beautiful woman, who walked out and licked her blood stained lips then walked away...

Curtis and I arrived in the town and saw a police circle had been drawn around the area of the last fox sighting.

I tied the belt on my hood as we both walked to the scene and the cops paid their respect to us.

I asked in Japanese whether they had any sightings and they said the only people who had seen it were dead and before us and that was a bummer as I couldn't sense it in the town or even in the mountains nearby.

It was weird since a fox with nine tails should probably stick out like a sore thumb, then it hit me, the only victims were men and all the three main nine tailed fox species had the ability and tendancy to turn into beautiful women, yes with different abilities, reasons and features but still, it had probably shape shifted into a woman and was hiding in plain sight.

We had to find it and fast, before it caused anymore damage.

Curtis and I booked in two separate hotel rooms and a woman bumped into Curtis on the way, catching a whiff of his scent, it smelled succulent and powerful, she liked it...

I got into my room and had my dinner then lay on my bed, still sensing everything that was happening around.

I sensed Curtis leave his room and go out for a walk and decided to join him, so I put on my uniform then tied my hair into a half ponytail then went.

Curtis went out for a walk then a beautiful woman modelled by him and he couldn't help checking her out, what was this magnetic attraction he had to her?

He had never felt it for any other woman, not even Alexa.

He figured Alexa wouldn't mind then just followed her.

She walked past an alleyway and he slowly walked in and looked around then saw the blood red glow of her eyes as she walked forward.

She touched his belly and with her other hand, cupped his cheek, then kissed him on the lips.

He held her and kissed her back then pinned her to a wall and continued kissing her while removing his shirt.

She was shocked by this man, she actually wanted more of him, and that power radiating from him was intoxicating, she continued kissing him as he lifted her and placed her on the bare floor then pulled back and looked into her scarlet eyes.

She smirked then pulled him over herself as a white ribbon was slowly creeping out from below her.

The tail was about to pierce through his back when someone yelled,"Curtis! What are you doing?!"

Curtis abruptly turned and she was annoyed for being interrupted till she saw the man who interrupted them, even without being close, she could smell the powerful aura around him, at least a hundred times that of the previous man and he was a lot higher than all the people she had killed combined.

Curtis looked at my as my eyes began to glow then I yelled,"How could you do this to my sister?!"

He then realized what he was doing and yelled to get off the woman who had just seduced him then looked at me then said,"Felix, I have no idea what happened."

"And I have no idea why I've not killed you yet."I said.

The woman slowly stood up as Curtis came closer to me but I stormed off.

I was going to call Alexa and end whatever ties she had with this womaniser.

Curtis tried to stop me but I punched him across the face.

He looked back at me, with pain, regret and sorrow in his eyes but I had nothing but rage in mine.

Just then, I felt something, a certain urge and attraction to that same woman.

I looked at her as she made her fingers in a ' come ' gesture.

I was hypnotised as I removed my hood and walked closer to her.

Curtis realized something...

' It was her. ' He thought.

He saw a white tail coming from her back then said,"The nine tailed fox!"

He stretched his arm and blasted a strong wind at it and it whimpered when it was hit to a wall then I came back to my senses and looked at Curtis, now understanding.

I then said,"Let's kill this b*tch."

Curtis smirked then cracked his knuckles.

She then stretched her arms then I was hooked again as tears of pain streamed down her cheeks, Curtis was nowhere to be found.

I was getting closer and she could smell her opportunity to move up at least three tails coming her way when she felt a sharp pain in her back and looked to see Curtis grinning maniacally.

"You forgot about me."He said.

He then pulled out the two dimensional object then used it to slice off her head.

The decapitated body just fell down and I returned to normal then looked at him and said,"You saved me."

"And I'm sorry."

I gave him a bear hug then said,"It wasn't your fa...aaah!"

I was thrown into the air then thrown on my back.

Curtis was shocked to see the fox still alive, with one tail missing.

"Just great, it has nine lives."Curtis said.I shrieked in pain as I hit the floor then two of the fox's tails wrapped around my neck, stretching far more than their original length.

I struggled as it shot its third and last tail at Curtis but he front flipped over it and made an axe kick onto it.

His leg felt like he was hitting steel as he fell then it hit him in the belly with the tail then turned its attention back to me.

I struggled as it walked closer then it licked my cheek then I had it as ice began to form on the two tails but they still didn't break, no matter how much I hit them.

It smirked and opened its elongated mouth to reveal its razor sharp teeth then my eyes began to glow blue as lightning was shot right into its mouth and acid began to eat its insides.

It shrieked and stumbled backwards, holding its throat then looked up to see my fist, colliding with its head, right before it exploded.

I used my light to remove the blood from my hand then went to Curtis, it had drilled a hole in his belly, it wanted to eat him too.

I looked at it as its tissue were basically crawling back together, I had a few seconds.

I started healing him then vanished with him to dodge the slash of its tail then appeared on the roof of the nearest building.

It jumped and flipped with its tails then used them to slice right through the roof, endangering the people inside, I needed to kill it, fast.

It was about to attack again when an invisible source of charring heat burned it alive as it screamed.

I turned my head then said,"Never mess with my family."

I swiped my hands then its bones were burned instantaneously then turned back to Curtis, who was still unconscious and just as I expected, it couldn't heal again, there was nothing to heal, but just in case, I froze all its ashes in ice VII.

Curtis woke up soon after but still blamed himself for what happened, despite my telling him it wasn't his fault, so in order to free him from his guilt, I told Alexa.

She was furious at first but when I explained everything to her, she calmed down and instantly forgave him, she knew what nine tailed foxes were capable of.

Curtis felt a lot better after that.
