FELIX + FRANKLIN = BFFS...I THINK

I was in class one day when the teacher was late. I just decided to check my information and it read;

' I'm half through level 1, that's nice. ' I thought to myself.

Just then the Physics teacher walked in to start the lesson.

I was training alone and realized my plant controlling or as I liked to call it Green Thumb sub skill was pretty useless as I couldn't grow the plants very fast. The most I could do was cleave tissue from the main plant and make them float.

I also realized the greater the water content of the plant, the deeper blue it appeared in my water vision and the easier and faster it was to control.

I had to get stronger to make them faster, and that was saying a lot since I was quite muscular for my age.

I was in class one day when a new student walked in and I wasn't surprised to see Franklin.

He took a seat beside me and asked if we could be friends, I wanted to agree but had to stay focused so I said,"I'm here to win, not to make friends."

I could tell he had trouble believing this was the sweet kid who actually wanted to lose a duel so he could be in good terms with his father, but he didn't give up.

He was always bugging me and following me in public and I couldn't stand it as I wasn't the best people person so I agreed and boy was he ever jolly.

I soon found out the reason he wanted me to befriend him, he wanted me to teach him my secrets, how I leveled up so fast, but I wasn't telling anyone how I woke up when they were asleep to get extra training.

But for what he did next, I wasn't prepared. He stalked me the whole day, outside the range of my water vision and saw me getting out to train.

I had no idea till one night, I was working on a new skill when I saw him, imitating me.

I was horrified as I stared at him and he casually waved as if he'd done nothing wrong.

I stormed to him and yelled,"What are you doing?!"

"I'm training, you may continue master."He said while bowing.

"You can't be here! I train alone!"

"You can't be here either, you're breaking the rules."

"So as you!"

"Yes but nobody has to know, if only you stop being selfish and teach me some of your tricks."

"We have different lights! It doesn't work that way!"

"I know you'll find a way."

I was furious and went back to my room.

I sat down, furious. Then huge drops of water started floating around me and I widened my eyes.

' Since when did my eyes glow? ' I wondered.

The neon blue light in my eyes soon diminished and I was confused.

' Does this happen every time I'm emotional? ' I wondered, ' Hm, cool. '

After I won my next duel with someone in class 2, I had this feeling of pride and wanted to show off a little bit and who'd be better to brag to than...

"Hello Andrew..."I said.

He looked at me with his usual cold expression and I said,"You said I shouldn't call you dad so I'll call you by your first name, Andrew. So guess what grumpy pants, I just won a duel with someone a level higher than me, aren't you proud of me?"

"So you expect me to throw a party? I told you to stop, this pride of yours is going to get you into trouble one day."He said.

I chuckled and said,"I'm proud? Well even if I was, I got it from you who left his family to fend for themselves and treated his son like trash, I'm done being naive and trying to see good in your heart, I can finally see it's ice cold. I don't need to make you care about me anymore and also, I'm not scared of you anymore."

I turned to leave and he gripped my arm tightly and said,"You don't know what you're doing."

I shouted for him to let me go but he didn't. I tried to kick him but his reflexes were too fast so I screamed for help, then when some teachers started running in our direction, he left me.

I turned to leave as the teachers scolded him on how terrible a father he was, I couldn't stop laughing on the inside.

The teachers led me away and he threw a massive temper tantrum.

Four geysers erupted around him and the water swirled round like a tornado then exploded, ripping the foliage off the nearby trees.

I just looked at the waterworks and groaned then rolled my eyes.

I was standing by the pool and practising alone one Saturday, when something weird happened.

I made a blast of water from my fist but it was too great to have been condensed and too tiring too.

I looked at the pool, I had wished to make more water appear, but where did it come from.

I wasn't an Atom, I couldn't create atoms or molecules like water, so where did the extra come from?

I didn't find out till many days later.

Most people would have just shut a difficult topic like that but I wasn't like most people.

I kept studying to see what I could see and found something promising: H 2 Orders had the ability to bring any volume of water from one place to themselves, but the greater the volume, the more difficult it would be to transport it over great distances.

It was actually a teleportation sub skill called Hydroportation.

They could also do it to themselves, they could switch their body mass with water at a great distance of the same mass though it took a lot of energy.

This was supposedly a difficult skill but like I told Jason; I like a challenge.

I started training myself to Hydroteleport water first and it was far more difficult than simply condensing water, but I could make far greater amounts of water without suffocating myself.

I then started doing it to myself and felt hungry everytime I did it, mostly because I always left everything that wasn't attached to my body at the original place, which included undigested food and waste products.

It was actually an efficient way to clean myself...and to prank somebody...

But that wasn't what I wanted...yet.

I kept practicing till I was able to Hydroteleport myself, food and all.

Then I wanted to try that in the field, with a duel...
