Just fictional characters

Immediately their black SUV stopped on the college ground Eliza stormed out taking her purse with her as a smile danced at the corners of her lips. Jake sighed as he parked the car somewhere.

"Such a brat"he muttered in frustration. Of course his little sister was arrogant because his parents had spoiled her to such an extent however Eliza didn't care as she stood in the middle of the large college grounds just by the beautiful fountain, her black hair covered her face as she scanned her surroundings and was satisfied, finally she was at her favorite college where she would start afresh and meet new people. Nothing scared her than meeting new people however she was eagerly awaiting it

"And there is miss legal"Eliza heard someone yell, and immediately she turned around only to see a slim blonde girl with model features and beside the blonde was a shy red haired girl with glasses looking at the book she was holding in her hand

"Not again Tammy"Elizabeth complained as she walked to her friends and the three hugged it out since it had been the whole weekend they haven't seen each other

"She's right tomorrow, you will be miss legal"Tessa the shy one said with chuckles as she looked away because a bunch of college boys just passed their way and like always their friend was still shy to interact with people

"Yup... I can't wait for your birthday party...hurray!" Tammy said cheerfully and again Eliza was embarrassed because her friend were more excited than her because she was turning 18

"Come on ladies let's go and see our first class"Tessa suggested, and the three headed to the main entrance still looking around their new college, their home for the next four years precisely and Eliza kept on smiling at other fellow students who kept looking her way just like every time

"I guess someone would be having a line of fine men hahaha"Tammy said with chuckles seeing how uncomfortable Elizabeth was getting admiration stares from everyone, especially the guys, Eliza elbowed her friend to shut up while Tessa didn't say a thing because she had her head buried in her novel

"Like for reals sweetheart, those men don't exist"Tammy snatched the novel from Tessa only for her to whine like a kid just as they came to a stop because everyone had stopped walking now standing in a large hallway

"Give it back Tammy, I was about to find out whom he loves okay"Tessa said with frustration as she tried to snatch her favorite novel from her friend, but Tammy lifted it high above her head where short Tessa wouldn't be able to reach it. Elizabeth laughed watching the two fight and yes Tammy was the main diva of the squad. She was into makeup, accessories and of course cared most about the latest fashion trending. Tessa on the other side was the shy type who loved reading mostly romantic novels and liked daydreaming about hot men in novels that never existed

"The one I once loved'"Tammy read the novel title and frowned Tessa was irritated as she tiptoed and finally snatched her book back and snuggled close to it and both Eliza and Tammy burst out in laughter seeing how their friend treated her novels like priceless possessions

"This is stupid"Eliza commented and held her purse close but Tessa just scoffed

"Of course not...tell me isn't Tyler just like that Justin in my other novel...you literally drooled over him when you read it"with a smirk Tessa shut her friends up and Elizabeth frowned, yes everyone knew her boyfriend Tyler was exceptionally handsome not the ordinary handsome but from his eyes his height and everything about him was perfect. He was what Tammy referred to as a 10/10 she was lucky to be loved by him and in the evening she was meeting him after a week because he was busy with his work

"Is he coming to your birthday party?" Tammy asked as they finally arrived at their first class only to find various students sitting in groups chatting. Elizabeth and her friend found a few empty seats and settled down as they waited for their lecturer and like always when anyone asked about Tyler she felt a tingling sensation in her tummy because she loved the man more than anything, and he did too

"Yes...we finally decided to let my parents know about our relationship... Tyler has been talking about marrying me,, but I know mom won't allow until... I don't know"it was clear as day and their love was hidden because her parents forbade her from seeing any man, it was weird how they restricted her but at the same time she obeyed them by not doing anything against them, but she fell in love with Tyler and both started dating

"Good because I read a story where the fl was in love with a man, but it turned out that her parents already chose a husband for her...but all well it's just a book"Tessa commented without looking at her friends because she was busy reading another novel called vampires of the east, of course Eliza feared such books she didn't even like watching twilight or the vampire diaries which was full of supernatural creatures which weren't real but too scary

"Tess, you need help...vampires aren't real"again with irritation Tammy snatched the book from her friend and shoved it in her purse making Tessa to frown

"They might be real okay...and I want one"Tessa remarked and looked away just as a tall man with gray hair wearing a white tucked in shirt with black trousers walked in and everyone stopped what they were doing and paid attention to him

"Welcome students... I assume this is your first year... I'm Mr. Tom...your sociology lecturer"the manage the introduction and all students chorused a welcome sir. Elizabeth smiled as she took out her notebook because the lesson was starting. However, Tessa's words about mythical creatures kept repeating in her head, but she decided to brush the thoughts away, of course vampires and werewolves were just fictional characters in novels and movies, nothing serious.

As Eliza looked forward to her birthday, someone somewhere also had his birthday on the same day.
