Chapter 66
“I don’t know.”
“A nap will do all of us some good,” Chris said. “Then we can come back here refreshed and ready to enjoy things.”
Despite their protestations to the contrary, once they were in bed, both boys quickly succumbed to sleep.
“Whatever shall we do now?” Chris said when they were in their bedroom.
“I have a suggestion or two.”
“Well, if only two suggestions is the best you can do—”
“Stop talking and get naked.”
“Yes, Sir!”
They tried both suggestions, and were snuggling in the afterglow.
“Ready for round three?” Mickey said.
“Not if we want to have time for a nap.”
“Spoilsport.”
“No—just practical. We need our rest, don’t we?”
“I suppose,” Mickey said.
“Since you’re so energetic, why don’t you get up and open the door so we’ll hear the boys when they wake up?”
“What will you be doing while I do that?”
“I’m going to slip into my boxers and go to sleep.”
“Right behind you.”
