Wendy Gilian picked out a bicycle and looked over at Caroline Edwin with her slender eyebrows slightly furrowed, voicing her concern with a worried expression.
"Carol, can you even ride a bike? Why don't I give you a ride instead? It's a pretty long walk from here to the countryside. Your feet won't be able to handle it, and you'll probably end up with blisters."
Unlike Anna's goody two-shoes demeanor, Wendy was petite and bursting with youthful energy. At first glance, she seemed like a pretty, youthful girl-next-door, which made her easy to like.
Caroline glanced coldly at the bicycle, not hesitating to refuse. "No need."
Seeing her disagreement, Wendy sensibly stopped asking and didn't push the matter further.
She shrugged, stepped onto the bike, and sat on it steadily, her feet on the ground.
Wendy's series of actions was quite smooth, instantly winning the love of everyone compared to the others' clumsy behavior.
"Bang!"
