Chapter 18: The Beginning

Waking up the next morning, Boruto stretched sweetly and swung his legs off the bed with a smile. At the same second, a small system window appeared in front of his face;

Boruto was already waiting there. His mother and younger sister were busily setting the table, and at his appearance, they rushed to hug and pull his ears.

The festivities were active, but very short-lived. After pulling the boy's ears back, the family moved on to eating whatever was on the table. Naruto was at work, as he was supposed to be. He promised to come back later, but Boruto didn't care one bit.

After about half an hour, when the first portion of food had been eaten, there was a knock at the door of the house. Two men stood on the doorstep.

- Thank you for the invitation. - Once inside, Sarada stopped in the hallway and smiled. - Happy birthday, Boruto!

- You're all grown up now, aren't you? - Sakura followed her daughter and raised her hand in greeting. - I hope you haven't eaten all the cake yet.

- Thank you. - Boruto smiled gratefully. - And about the cake...

He defiantly swept his hand over the table.

- It's beautiful, isn't it? - Himawari came running over and clapped her hands happily. - I decorated it!

- I see, I see. - Sakura theatrically looked at the cut cake. - It's beautiful!

- What's up? - Jumping to her feet, Hinata waved her hand invitingly and started pushing more chairs to the table. - Have a seat!

The festivities started from the beginning. The celebration began again, with the eating of prepared food and sweets, talking about everything in the world, and all the other nonsense that usually happened at birthdays with family and close friends. It was the only thing that Boruto hadn't been offered alcohol, but that didn't bother him too much.

Naruto did show up, by the way. He'd sent his shadow clone, who, however, was diligently performing all the functions assigned to him, even bringing a new piece of cake.....

In the end, Boruto didn't go outside until a little closer to nightfall. Having had a great time with his family and guests, he expected to tick off the last item on his plan for the day. Namely, to finally lose his virginity.

Frankly, doing that to Hinata, Sakura or Sarada would be quite easy. However, the guy had already decided that he was going to leave them to their sweet tooth. Still, no matter how he looked at it, Shizune, whose office he was heading to right now, was the perfect option.

And the young shinobi found another confirmation of his rightness as soon as he reached the hokage's residence. The lights were on on the first floor, and Shizune was still here, even though the workday had been over for a couple of hours.

"Well, all the better." - Walking inside the building, Boruto smirked. - "Naruto's clone 'puffed' about half an hour ago, which means he's probably snoozing somewhere upstairs in his office right now. And if he wakes up, he'll probably drag himself back to our house and certainly won't be looking for me here...way to go!"

Knocking briefly on the office door, the boy stepped inside without waiting for an answer.

- Huh?" the woman sitting at the table raised her tired gaze upward. - Oh, Boruto. Uh...happy birthday to you!

- Thank you, Aunt Shizune. - With a smile in return, Boruto closed the door behind him. - I just came to check on you...I knew you'd be working all night again!

- Yeah, again..." The kunoichi sighed, stretching tiredly. - You know, Boruto, today I definitely felt how important your help was...hell, I never bought you a present!

- No big deal. - With a smirk, the guy came quite close. - Aunt Shizune, a kiss from you will be enough for me as a gift from you....

- What?! - The woman's face stretched, and then rapidly began to blush. - B-Boruto, I...

Her gaze darted from side to side, but the guy standing in front of her did not retreat. Shizune's eyes remained fixed on Boruto's face, causing Shizune to frown. The color of embarrassment had already covered half of her pretty face.
