Xena pulled out a pistol from the back and pointed it at Alex saying "Betrayers like you deserve nothing but death. Say goodbye to this beautiful life," She pulled the trigger smiling.

I leaned back on the couch and crossed my legs like I was enjoying an action movie. I knew that Xena was no match for Alex but my heart still raced. I didn't want to lose a best friend no matter how badly he treated me.

"Wait, wait, please." I interfered getting up from my comfort zone "You wanted him to persuade me here and he did. Just pay the little boy his money and let him live in peace. I'm all yours," I said walking toward Alex and Xena. I winked at Alex signaling for him to get out as soon as possible and let me battle with Xena
