Natasha's POV.

I stared at Lucas lecturing me. I didn't know what was going on with GK but I felt kinda uneasy and helpless. My heart was aching and I had this feeling like something bad was about to happen. I turned my eyes and started outside through the window.

"Why are you sweating all of a sudden?" Lucas asked as he slid down the window on his side."It's just hot and uncomfortable." I lied, placing a hand over my forehead.

I didn't want Lucas to know about my fears since he wasn't even a trusted man. Who knew what was running through his mind? He took out a yellow bottle from his coat pocket and handed it over to me. "This is the medicine we are making. I don't know if it's effective or not but give it a try."

I collected the bottle and looked at it. Everything was giving me a headache but regardless of all the discomfort, my heart ached even more.
