Chapter One

"It's already night time again. I wonder how they are. Are they freezing as well? Or are they in a better state," she mumbled to herself as she stayed in the dark room. She, is Kara. A fifteen year old sold for experimentation by her relatives. She was the heiress of the famous Helian family, before her parents died of course. At ten, the Helian head died of an accident and his wife, in grievance for her loss, chose to commit suicide and leave their child all alone to their monstrous relatives. They sold her to the Reyan Orphanage, the home for experimental children. Meaning to say, she's been in that hell for almost six years. Each child was seperated from each other into classifications and rooms. As a Class Z, Kara was forced to say goodbye to her three new acquaintances from the trip to the orphanage.

There are three classes. Class A, for the ordinary children that are trained into workers, soldiers, and assistants to scientists. Class Z is for those with abnormality as they call it. Those born with different builds or those with abilities like Kara. Class R is something different. That's where children that needs to undergo further investigation or appears normal stays here in the meantime.

"Oi kid, wake up!" Cold water met her shivering body as the man woke her up. "It's your turn you little shit ass." They were always the rude bunch. She followed him out of the room after having her hands cuffed together.

After walking for a bit, they've reached the laboratory. As they did, horrifying screams can be heard coming from the inside. Many scientists were pacing back and forth as if in a panic. "Another damn fail," a lady was heard in the midst of the noise. "Kara darling, do you see them? That will be you if you don't try harder today," the lady turned to her and smiled brightly.

Walking in felt like forever after they've cleaned the inside. She was led to the chamber dedicated for her and only her. She kept her silence as they strapped her onto the chair and injected anesthesia. She watched them do the same routine each time. Strapping her, injecting anesthesia, blindfolding, and lastly the main course. Her being cut from all parts of her body. At this point, anesthesia isn't really enough for her but in desperation, she didn't mind the pain and held on with the thought of escaping this hellhole.

"You'll be staying here for a week dear. Hold on for that long," the woman again announced. 'A week? A damn week,' she thought. You see, our dear Kara here has an ability. Her blood heals, destroys and revives. At her command, or whoever is in possession of her, these are what happens. Though it's not effective to her, her body already heals itself so it's convenient. For short term of course, not like this. This is simply torture.

No screaming was heard. Not even a whine or tantrum. It was silent. As silent as the midnight when people slept in their homes and the moon shone. It's been four days since she came into the laboratory. She was given one hour each day for meals and trips to the restroom. The struggle was unimaginable for a fifteen year old. Scientists and employees thought of her as a miracle born. The orphanage head thought of her as a monster and source of incredible wealth. The few children who know of her from rumors, thought of her as miserable and lonely. Different thoughts but it was obvious many were blinded by greed.
